I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet for my friend to include a balloon. The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered and there wasn't a balloon. Very disappointed in this company and wont use them again.

The arrangement arrived on time and was exactly as pictured--beautiful. Five days later, it still looks as fresh as the day it arrived. All this at a reasonable price. Flowers Fast! is now my favorite online florist.

Very fast and super easy way to sent flowers!

Absolutely useless. I am in the UK and ordered a bouquet for a relative's birthday in the USA. The order was accepted and payment taken. Then two days before the event they e-mail to say they cannot find anyone to fulfil the order and so are cancelling it - they generously add that they are refunding the money. I've given one star because there is no option for none

My order was fast, il give them that. But it wasn't what I ordered,not even close. They look half dead in the picture I got which went over well seeing it was FOR A FUNERAL!
No one answers the number when I called either.

You sent a remembrance wreath on our behalf and it arrived without issue. The smiths.

Holiday Flowers
Ordered flowers ( mini pine tree) for my mother-in-law who lives in a nursing home. Nursing home did recieve the flowers and commented how beutiful it was.

I ordered “Peaceful White Garden.” The picture showed a few plants arranged in a planter box. It arrived as a “Do it yourself” project. The plants were individually potted and the planter box was separate. Luckily, the recipient didn’t mind planting them, but I was mortified as I thought i was sending a complete ready to enjoy gift.

Flowers were delivered on tone to the correct address. Flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered or the container. It was nice but I was a little disappointed.

This is the second time using Flowers Fast and the arrangements were beautiful.

First - I would be happy to know the exact size of the plant because from the picture it's not always possible to understand. Actually what was delivered seems a bit smaller than what was in the picture I ordered. Especially the pole for the plant to climb on.
Second - I was not given an option to choose a time delivery and I wanted it to be delivered in the morning. Other than that everything was fine.

I was very disappointed in the flowers. They were dying within three days and for a $69.90 arrangement, they were much smaller/fewer flowers than I expected. In comparing them against other flowers recently sent in the same price range, they were a disappointment.

Thank you my order arrived at it's destination as requested. Although on line the plants appeared to be within a basket however they arrived in separate containers.

i'm sure it WILL BE COMPLETED, N.P., it's scheduled a ways off, to be consistent with the energies of the universe. -mL
