I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mothers 79th birthday for delivery on 7/14/23. On the evening of 7/14/23 my mom said she never received any flowers. I reached out to Flowers Fast and received a text that they were unable to find a florist to deliver them and sent me an email (on the day of scheduled delivery). I never received an email. I’m pissed and it left my old mom with nothing on her birthday, this is totally unacceptable for a florist!

I ordered a Deluxe Birthday Flower Arrangement to be delivered on January 20th and they were not delivered. The were not delivered on January 21st either. Hmm....if you see them let me know.

i placed the order the day before they needed to be delivered to the mother of a friend of mine’s visitation. They loved it! I did too, the vase was beautiful, and the flowers were in perfect condition. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Flowers delivered were not even close to the item pictured, poor quality , poor recreation of intended floral arrangement. Very dissatisfied.

Order was never received and it was scheduled for delivery Wednesday. Contacted the site where order was made and FTD. No response.

I sent a beautiful flower arrangement to a family member. It arrived the day requested. It was beautiful. She was very pleased.

Super disappointed in the teeny tiny fresh flower arrangement I ordered for my mother’s birthday. Based on price (including delivery) I assumed it would have been a little bigger. In this case I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my friend and when she sent a picture back to me to say thank you, I was so disappointed! It was so different from what I order ! I payed $97 plus delivery for a cheap grocery store bouquet !!! Never again I will use this company! And neither you should !

I was very displeased with the floral arrangement. It was NOTHING like the photo on lone. The while point was red and white as the description stated. I order an almost $300.00 flower for my sorority sister and our colors are red and white. It was offensive to receive a pink and white flower as this are the colors of another sorority. I also specified a purple ribbon which had special meaning to us but instead it was lavender at best. I am thoroughly displeased. I will never order from you again and I will urge all of my sorors not to as well.
