Sally was so helpful and patient getting me through what could have been a difficult and stressful process.

We are all so pleased with the FF team and particular Ben Cornish, for all the hard done and efforts made in locating all our relatives with whom we have been able to meet after so many years. The whole process has been seamless and thorough in all respects. Thank you so much FF team. Just brilliant !

I am waiting since 2020 for an inheritance promised to me by Fraser & Fraser. I never heard from them back.

From initial contact I felt there was excellent communication, by phone and also a visit to my home. Process was fully and clearly explained, giving time for questions at an emotional time.
I felt happy to allow the solicitors to commence work on my behalf, and was kept fully informed throughout.
The estate was settled and everything resolved quite quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others with no hesitation at all. I conveyed my thanks for work done.

I think the key thing to bare in mind is that this type of process is not quick. Thats not a fault of Fraser & Fraser just an outcome of the complexity and steps that have to be undertaken. That said they have guided us through it and been quite clear when they have communicated with us. If there was one slight niggle it was just the frequency of communications could be better given the length of time this process runs. A good service and happy to recommend.

Fraser and Fraser dealt with everything following the death of a relative we had not seen in a number of years. The process was simple and we were walked through what was needed. The correspondence provided was sufficient to keep us up to date without being overwhelming.

I was contacted out of the blue regarding the passing of my great uncle, Fraser and Fraser have been very professional throughout the process, I have only had to contact them a couple of times with a question or asking for an update and they have always replied promptly by email.

The case was delayed for more than five years.

Fraser and Fraser contacted me about the death of a distant relation who had passed , They advised me of the date of the funeral and advised they were dealing with the estate of the deceased tracking down heirs etc> . They kept me updated about the process which was quite long and arduous. I would recommend them .

I was visited by a rep from Fraser and Fraser back in September 2024 regarding a late uncle and was informed that i was sole heir as you can imagine this came as a shock to me. Role forward now to December 2025 i have now been informed that i will not inherit from my uncle due to me being adopted by my stepfather this automatically stems you from not being able to benefit from your biological family (shocking English law).. as you can imagine this as caused me immense stress. Fraser and Fraser how could you get it totally wrong you would have known that i was adopted through your research surely you have seen this many times and then to get through probate as well and then several phone calls later that it wont be long before completion then i got an email to say i wasn't entitled to benefit my stomack literally dropped you can imagine how i felt. i put up with this for over 14 months thinking my biological family had looked after me in some sort of way if only i had met them that was the sad part my uncles assets will probably go to the Government now because i cant see them finding other beneficiaries.
