Customer service people were very nice. Answered all my questions promptly.

I bought this set of fins to replace my old on out broken fins that were plastic freediving fins. These fins work great. I currently use them as Diving fins. I obtained the hardest strength fins as I am pushing a lot of gear when I am in the water (tank, BC, Weights) I can swim without a problem with them.

Really good overall experience.
I did not put 5 starts for the 2 following reasons:
- the web site has several bugs, especially for tracking items. Somehow on smartphone it works better (more accurate information, whereas the PC website does not give access to these info)
- I ordered a tailor wetsuit, and I did receive several contradictory tracking information. I think Freediver Shop should improve that part.

Anyway, I got everything I did order, as expected; I did made a mistake when I took the body measurement at first place, and the company did contact me for confirmation and fix; It was very professional.

I did a second order after the first; I recommend FreeDiver shop.

Good and solid response to questions. Extensive line of products with good quality. Be prepared for longer shipping times than you are used to but that is mainly because of the custom-made products which need time for production. Would be nice however to show some differentiation possibilities for shipping costs for smaller products. Now everything you order is being added with the same shipping costs which holds a threshold for smaller orders. Overall a very good experience.

I purchased my first pair of Leaderfins Limited Edition and had a very disappointing experience. Definitely not for pool use - pool dividers easily scratch the surface, when pushing off the wall, blades get easily chipped. This is NOT advertised fairly so if you choose to invest close to $500 for hydrocarbon material, you’re in for a disappointing experience. Customer service was disappointing and no one take responsibility for product damage that is easily endured with gentle pool practice during the first few weeks.

The Freediver Shop quickly processed my order(s) which arrived in reasonable time. The products I bought were of high quality, yet competitively priced and I found their support team to be very helpful.

great products, my diving has increased dramatically due to purchasing the capt nemo waterway carbon power fins, prices are unbeatable & customer service is beyond any other online store i've bought from (i messed up the foot pocket size two times & they managed to somehow change them twice with no interruption in the delivery....i think this is the best shop worldwide for diving right now, if you're a serious freediver/spearo

Although Freediver Shop gives a "best price guarantee, I paid nearly 20% more. Leaderfins.com is cheaper! My email regarding this guarantee was not answered :(

My error was not looking into the site further - I needed some Najade Fins quickly and sadly Najade didn’t show them available on their site however Freediver did and quoted in sterling so I ordered them - the deduction was not made in sterling and was therefore converted and at more than the initial price quoted, also the tracking is in another language Ukraine I believe. I have no idea if there will be additional import costs or VAT implications or when I can expect delivery although it states ‘priority airmail’ on the order.
As they are in transit I can’t even cancel the order and claim a refund so I just have to sit and wait until they turn up - competition which they are required for is on 24th December Keeping fingers crossed but not holding breath (pun intended!)

I have ordered tow monofins from this business. First, delivery time is 4 months, not 1 month as the website claims. Second, even though I oversized each fin by 1 - 2 sizes, neither fin had foot pockets that I could actually put either one, let alone both feet in.

So if you decide to order one of these fins - which are undoubtedly one of the best in the world, get ready for a LONG wait AND, most importantly, order them at least 2-3 sizes larger. Better yet, buy an off-the shelf pair from a business in your home country with a 30 day return policy. Not like I am going to be able to return these to Ukraine from the USA without losing another $ 300.
