I bought some fins for underwater rugby and I am happy with the product, the quality of the workmanship and the materials used are appreciated.

Absolutely disappointed with service from freediver shop. They can't be asked to reply to emails. Says that my parcel has been dispatched on the 14th of June but actually 5 days later is still not dispatched.
Don't use then unless you want to lose your money. Simple scam

Bought the pure carbon fin medium stiffness from this company. ( I’m 5.9’ and weight 187 pounds ). Communication was fantastic and they arrived sooner than expected to Florida. USA.
The fins ? Really Beautiful, lightweight and very confortable. Foot pockets are very nice and fit like a glove. I’ve had other free diving fins but honestly these are light years better. No need to spend $500.00 on super expensive fins these ones are priced right and the quality that will rival the others.
I will buy another shorter one from them for snorkeling etc in the near future.

VERY IMPRESSED. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received when ordering something online. They were SO quick and thorough in their responses. They caught things that I did not catch when making my initial order, and reached out for clarification. They made sure that all of my questions were answered. There were no "auto responses" and you could tell that you were talking to real people who ACTUALLY read your messages and answered all of my questions. The fins I ordered came in perfect condition and I was impressed with the quality--- exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely order from them again. Their prices were great too. Highly recommend to everyone I know.

As someone who is new to freediving, the Freediver Shop has been extremely informative and helpful in their guidance to wetsuit sizing, fin sizing, and their recommendations to keep me as warm as possible in my wetsuit. My wetsuit fits perfectly!! I love it and I am so excited to start my freediving journey!!

So far Freedive Shop has been quick,responsive, accurate in product information and one of the more fairly priced shops for diving gear.

I've dreamed about ordering a mono fin from Bogdan at Freediver Shop since 2008. For now, I can just order the Pathos Fireblade Footpockets. The site has undergone much improvement over the years and I am very happy to support Ukraine with any purchase I can make here. In addition to seamlessly accepting my US based credit card, the ordering system was very assuring with many email notifications about the process. FreeDiverShop did everything to streamline the shipping process too - including taking care of all customs related details. I found the time for it to ship from Kiev all the way to my little town on the West Coast, USA very reasonable. If anyone in the US is skeptical about ordering from a shop so far away, please be assured. Bogdan and his crew have been in business since the early days of Freediving and pioneered much of the mono fin tech/design we still see today. Happy to finally support him.

I had many questions before purchasing my fins and they answered every single questions I had in detail, very responsibly. I appreciate the time they took to educate me on fins and find out which route would make the most sense for a diver/freediver. Thanks again for all your help - I’m very happy with my purchase 😊

Great customer service. I had a problem and they fixed it right away. I'm in Huntington Beach CA. Definitely buy from them again.

At this stage I am disappointed. The website has a link to sizing which wrongly represents australian sizes. I purchased what they recommended for a women's Australian shoe size 6.5 which in their chart was equivalent to a 39. Doing further research after receiving a very much too large foot pocket, a Australian women's size 6.5 is actually equivalent to a 37. They will not acknowledged the error. I put my trust in their sizing chart on the website. It will cost me the same in shipping as it will be to purchase a new pair. I believe if you are shipping world wide, you need to have your facts correct.

My youngest has been using his older brothers standard WW Life Saving Fins bought from the Freediver shop back in 2015. All his close rivals use Speed Fins, finally upgraded to WW Carbon Speed Fins and as expected we got a quality product and excellent customer service.

Absolutely outstanding customer support, 11/10 experience!! Personally, I know nothing about freediving gear but I wanted to surprise my mum (who is a certified diver) with a pair of new fins. The Freediver Shop's support was incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding all way through. I was asking really dumb questions and generally knew nothing on the topic, and their amazing support team answered all my questions, explained everything about the equipment and helped me select the best configuration for my case. Not only these people are absolute professionals who understand every little detail, tick and trick about free diving gear, but they are also friendly, helpful and kind.
