I like the options I was able to get the adjustable boot. The shipping was fast and I have not yet tried them in the water but I am excited to do it.

We were disappointed there was no carry bag provided for the fins. Given they are a delicate product, we would have assumed these were included or at the very least recommended when we purchased the fins.
Otherwise my daugther was very happy with her fins.

The monofin from freedivershop.com is excellently manufactured, was securely packed and shipped in usual timeframe for custom built handmade product of this type.
The shop has good guidelines for choosing the right size, stiffness etc. and they also answered my questions about size. Highly recommended.

I have made an order on the 15th of July and I have never received the product neither the refund. The support team hasn’t been helpful to resolve the issue and they let me down on my trip where I supposed to have been using the item I ordered. I counted on the shop to deliver the order within a month as they are promising in their website and I also had no idea that I will end up having to message and spend a lot of hours with the support team who until now didn’t resolve the problem. It is illegal not to deliver the product to the customer and take money from it according to the consumer act 2015. I will be going to the consumer rights citizen advice to make the claim. I placed the order on 15 July 2022. It has been 2 months and 5 days since the order. I have the proof of all the correspondence and email with the support team.

Response: thank you for your reply but I never received any communication that the item arrived to my postal office neither in form of text, message or email. Not did I receive the full amount refunded. I can see the amount taken from your company on the day of the order and the amount returned is not the same. I will email your support team with my bank statement to resolve this issue. Very sad you didn’t provide me with the item as I was really looking forward to using it on my trip.

I have paid £77,85 on 15 Jul and you have refunded £57,06 on 15 Sep (two months later). Not only I didn't get the whole refund back but also had to go through a lot of stress emailing you over these two months without getting any help. The least you can do to be descent company is to return the full amount and not to ever treat any of your customers this way.

UPDATE: Fins took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive in Florida but they look great. Excited to try them.

I am extremely happy with this seller. It was easy to order on their website. All options were available for the leaderfins diving fins I wanted to buy. Also, they havev useful information available for size and product. Their customer service was great! After I purchased the fins I decided to get the bag. I emailed them. They responded informing they were able to update the order to include the new item. I received the items within a week. I am so happy with my diving fins. They are so beautiful and a perfect fit.
