Rubbish customer service for potention customer.
I wanted to go from a UK Fuels card to fuel genie as Iâm not receiving great service from my current provider. I have good credit history with uk fuels and credit in general but everytime i apply for a fuel genie card, i get declined. Customer service is non existant with fuel genie by the looks of it. Cant even reply to emails.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Upgraded from a fuelgenie card to a fuelgenie+ card so I could use Shell stations. My 3 local shell stations are on the app stating the card is accepted. After putting £123 diesel in my vehicle one said the card is not accepted. I insisted it was on the app so they tried to process the card and it was not accepted. Queried with the station manager who said they were a franchise station so they could not accept. I telephoned the other two stations and spoke to supervisors and both said it would not be accepted if I tried to use it at them. Emailed and spoke to Fuelgenie approx 3 weeks ago who said they would get their rep to follow through and advise me. I am still waiting thus planning to cancel my cards.

Easy way to fund fuel for a small charity
Recently started using and going well so far.
Good idea for a small charity using vans for transport.

We do have an online portal at fuelgenie.co.uk where the majority of account details can be updated by any of your registered account holders at any point without any need to contact us by email. There are some more secure processes where we may need an email for any amendments, such as a change to the bank details we hold for your direct debit, but if you're ever unsure, drop us a quick call and we can guide you through where the task you need to do can be done online or if it requires an email.

Complaint, Shocking Customer Support!
Complaint!
I have had one of my work vehicles rejected from a Shell garage at Pickets Cross, Ringwood, Dorset. They advised that they won't accept your Fuel Genie + card.
I have spoken too your customer that advised that the Shell garage should accept the card. After 5 minutes of advising Kam, at your CS, that they wont accept the card, even after I phoned them directly which they confirmed they don't accept FG+ cards?? His response when I asked him to make contact with them that he was too busy?? I asked to put through to a manager to discuss this further and advised he couldn't. Not to sure what customer support system you are managing but absolutely shocking treatment, expected better. I will now like my account to be closed as you are misleading companies advising that the Shell garages on your App are all accessible and they are not, further more your CS is shockingly bad. Send me details of my account closure as I will take my business else where.
