We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the quality of the food.

Regarding failed payments, we do send a notification email on the morning of any failed charge with clear instructions on how to update your payment method. Our system will also attempt payment multiple times before our 9am fulfilment deadline.

If payment isn’t successfully processed before this cut-off, the order won’t be dispatched. Our customer service team are always available on the day to help resolve this and get everything back on track where possible.

In terms of delivery days, our meals are made fresh, rapidly chilled and last for up to 6 days in the fridge, so multiple deliveries each week aren’t required.

We produce tens of thousands of meals in each production run, and every meal is made by hand by our team of chefs with no automation involved to ensure the highest premium quality. Due to the scale and the way we produce our meals to maintain this standard, we’re not able to offer delivery every day of the week.

We appreciate your feedback regarding delivery flexibility and loyalty rewards, as we’re always reviewing ways to improve our service.

Our aim is to provide a premium, convenient alternative to cooking, without compromising on taste or quality. The majority of feedback we have received regarding our meals has been positive as you can see from our Trustpilot score.

We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quality of the food, but we’re sorry to hear that you found the ordering process frustrating.

We’d like to clarify that alongside our subscription service, we also offer a one-time meal box option with no subscription attached.

For customers on a subscription, we are very transparent throughout the website and checkout process that orders renew weekly, and we send confirmation and reminder communications so customers can make changes, skip a week, or manage their order before the cut-off.

Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible and fully self-managed within the FuelHub portal, where deliveries can be amended, skipped, paused or cancelled at any time. If a selection isn’t made before the deadline, a chef’s selection is processed to ensure customers don’t miss out on their nutrition.

If you’ve experienced any issues with your orders or account, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to review this with you and make sure everything is set up in the best way for you.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are always working to make the experience as clear and easy as possible.

Following your initial contact with our team, a full credit was issued so that you could receive a replacement meal free of charge on your next order as a goodwill gesture. This is part of our commitment to resolving concerns quickly and fairly whenever an issue is reported.

In our response, we also asked that any further concerns be supported with photos so our food development team could investigate thoroughly. As we haven’t received any additional information or contact from you, our team hasn’t been made aware of any further issues to review and therefor couldn't look to resolve your issue.

We’d also like to reassure you that we have not received any other negative feedback relating to the meals produced within this batch, and our quality control checks did not identify any wider concerns.

If you did experience further problems, we would still welcome you to contact our customer service team with details and images so we can investigate properly. We take all feedback seriously and are always keen to look into anything that doesn’t meet our usual high standards.

At the moment, we haven’t received any other feedback to suggest there has been a wider issue with any of our meals and have received nothing but positive comments regarding the dishes available on the menu, but we would really like to investigate this further for you. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and understand how this situation has caused frustration. Having reviewed your account, we can see that a subscription order was placed via our website checkout on 27th January, and a 20% discount code was applied by yourself which covered the first two weeks of that subscription. This code was only applicable to subscription purchases.

We want to reassure you that the subscription nature of the purchase is clearly communicated throughout the website and checkout process. At multiple stages, customers are made aware that they are selecting a recurring weekly subscription, rather than a one-off order. This transparency is an important part of how we operate, and we certainly do not aim to mislead any of our customers.

Our customer service team are always available to guide you through the process quickly and easily and if you would us like to review your account, pause, or cancel future deliveries, we are more than happy to help.

We genuinely value all feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for everyone.
