We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your orders, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to see your parcels marked as perished and undeliverable on two occasions.

We have looked into your account and although DPD provide a 24-hour service to the Isle of Wight, deliveries to off-mainland locations can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control. These can include weather impacting ferry crossings, operational challenges during transit, or other logistical delays.

All delivery updates are provided directly by DPD using the tracking information they send prior to the scheduled delivery date. They provide these updates so you are aware of the progress of their delivery and can take action if required.

Our customer service team were on hand to support you on both occasions, helping to investigate the issues with DPD and ensure the situation was resolved as best as possible.

We appreciate your feedback, we take all feedback seriously and will continue to work closely with our courier partners to minimise the risk of issues in the future.
