Thank you for your feedback. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the delivery was scheduled in line with the courier's planned route. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the driver was running slightly behind schedule. Delays can occasionally occur because of traffic, adverse weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other unexpected events.

Our records show that the delivery was refused when the courier arrived. As a result, the order was returned to our warehouse, and we issued a full refund to your original payment method.

While we always aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible, our couriers operate on carefully planned delivery routes with multiple deliveries scheduled each day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rearrange a delivery for a customer-requested time on the day of delivery if the original delivery is refused.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

Upon reviewing our records, we have identified that multiple reviews appear to have been submitted regarding the same order (Order No. 301030), including reviews from different accounts. As both reviews relate to the same transaction and customer experience, we respectfully ask that this be taken into consideration in accordance with Trustpilot's guidelines regarding duplicate reviews and multiple reviews relating to the same buying experience.

After carefully reviewing your order and our correspondence, we would like to clarify a few points.

We would also like to address the statements made in your review. We do not sell returned or faulty items as new, nor do we use "fake AI pictures" to advertise our products. Any such allegations are incorrect. We are also an established seller on eBay, where we have served many satisfied customers over the years and continue to maintain a strong reputation for both our products and customer service.

We acknowledge that there were initially some missing screws and a locking nut. As advised in our email dated 28 May 2026, these replacement parts had to be specially ordered from our supplier, and we informed you that delivery was expected within approximately 2–3 weeks. We are pleased to confirm that the replacement parts were received from our supplier on 26 June 2026 and will be dispatched on 29 June via DPD. Delivery is expected within the next two working days.

We would also like to clarify that we offered you the option of returning the item for a full refund. This was clearly communicated in our emails dated 26 May 2026 at 10:22:32 and 28 May 2026 at 15:13:14. As we did not receive any communication declining this option, we understood that you preferred to wait for the replacement parts rather than return the item.

While we understand your frustration regarding the delay, we respectfully believe that we provided reasonable solutions throughout the process, including both a full refund upon return of the item and replacement parts at no cost. As the replacement components had to be sourced directly from the manufacturer, the supplier's lead time was unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Our business has been trading since 2007, and we have successfully served thousands of customers. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and professionally.

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied and would still be happy to assist further if required. We have kept you informed throughout the process and remain committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
