My partner and I were browsing for a new mattress when we were approached by Steve. He was extremely informative, helpful and friendly. We had decided on a mattress and came back a few weeks later to purchase it. We found Steve again and he helped us with everything and explained everything perfectly. Amazing customer service!

Had a lovely experience shopping for a new sofa to outfit our new house. We were helped by the amazing Marky Pitt who was extremely helpful and very kind throughout the whole process.

I ordered my wardrobes a long time ago. FV rang and booked them to be delivered and fitted at my home on the 15th of April 2026.
When the fitters arrived, they put one set together, but a major part of the build was broken so they couldnt put the second set together.
I hadnt heard anything about the broken part being replaced and my wardrobes being build for over 2 weeks so i called them. 3 days later they email me saying they want photos of the damaged part. I am very, very unhappy that this is taking so long, and not even an apology or talk of a new date.
I am so disappointed with Furniture Village and the way this matter has been dealt with.

I had an problem with a new sofa that was proving difficult to progress but after speaking to Paige P it was all sorted out and I felt reassured and confident that every effort was being made to resolve the issue.
Paige was professional, polite, confident and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

NO delivery of furniture after 14 days. Have called up multiple times trying to sort out delivery but no joy. Was told that furniture has ended up and a different warehouse and is still waiting to be transferred to correct warehouse. Every day we call up told the same. No updates, no emails and no calls. Absolutely unacceptable, 100% would not recommend. After receiving a reply from the “my experience” team again nothing last resort to contact finance company for goods not delivered. Unacceptable level of service and worst experience in years.

Jo & Pa were very helpful, ensured we understood how the chair was operated.
Also very careful with installation and furniture in the room.

I am extremely disappointed with Furniture Village and this has genuinely been one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had.

We ordered a Tempur bed frame and mattress on 28 February 2026, with delivery originally promised for 24 March 2026. The bed frame only partially arrived on 26 March. We also paid for assembly, but the installation team told us that a part was missing, said someone would return the next day to fix it, and then left without completing the job.

Nobody came the next day.

We called several times afterwards and received conflicting information every time. One team told us the issue would be resolved quickly, another told us to wait until 6 April when the mattress would be delivered. On top of that, the attitude from the fulfilment team was rude and dismissive.

Today, 6 April, the mattress finally arrived, but it was simply left in the middle of our house and the team left without assembling the bed or making it usable.

So after paying around £4,200, my wife and I still do not have a usable bed and have been sleeping on the sofa for around two weeks.

What is most shocking is not just the delay, but the complete lack of ownership, poor communication, and unprofessional behaviour throughout. No one seems to know what is going on, and every team gives a different answer.

This should have been a straightforward purchase and delivery. Instead, it has turned into a stressful and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from Furniture Village.
