Furniture Village - Southampton レビュー 

I cant praise the staff at the Southampton branch enough . Alex who sold us our sofa 11 weeks ago helped me today . One sofa was too big for my living room on the day of delivery the manager allowed me to exchange it to a smaller one . The cost was minimal but the help he gave me was massive i cant thank them enough . My last sofa lasted 15 years and still going strong . Also thank you to my two delivery drivers amazing got the sofa in no trouble with no damage . One word AMAZING service all round 😀

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not at all pushy or impatient. Together we made the perfect choices for my requirements.
Would certainly come here to shop next time and recommend to friends.

We returned to the Southampton store having seen Grant previously and had decided on what we wanted. Grant was very attentive but not pushy. We chose our furniture and arranged delivery details. Excellent service.

From the outset, Victoria was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at, not pushy (which has the opposite effect for me) but professional and courteous. We have now had our new 3 piece suite delivered by Brendon and Joseph who in turn did a professional job and kept us well informed as to delivery time, so well pleased about that. The whole experience of buying from Furniture Village has to date been exactly what others would do well to achieve as it leads to repeat business and good customer experiences. Many thanks.

Victoria could not have been more helpful in discussing both a picture and rug purchase. Discussed options and ability to order over phone once measured at home. She secured 2 sales and very well deserved.

Order all new bedrrom furniture on 1st March had all furniture and matress delivered apart from bed which seems to get later and later delivery date. now saying 26th June. had no reason given for delay. only when log into account is when i find out thats its been delayed yet again.
will not be ordering of these ever again.

We came into the Southampton store only knowing that we wanted a double bed for a guest room and David the salesman gave great advice and we settled on a ottoman style with loads of storage. I've used this store on several occasions now and the service has always been excellent.

Victoria was friendly and helpful through the whole process. We visited the Southampton store a few times before making our purchase and Victoria was always happy to help us. Her involvement made the experience fun. She had good knowledge of the products and the purchasing process was quick with no fuss.
The delivery guys were great, Brendon and Joe, even helped us out with our old sofa.
We love our new sofas, the quality is excellent and they look lovely in our home.

Great experience from start to finish! Ray in the Southampton store was really helpful and not at all pushy, allowing us to put a refundable deposit down on an ex display Athena table and chairs set so that we could go home and measure our space before committing.
The table and chairs were delivered by Luke and Rich less than a week after we bought them. They were polite and helpful, quickly reassembling the table and ensuring we were happy with everything. A perfect fit in our ding room!
