Big thanks to Brandon and Andrei for the prompt delivery and efficient assembly of our new high gloss grey stone and metal dining table today.

Went in today to enquire about a new bed, as we wanted to get a bigger bed. Michael greeted us and was really helpful with all of our questions. He was also really good with our daughter thoughout the sale process and of course the cookies were a great hit. Thankyou Michael for all your help.

I had a great experience with Furniture Village from start to finish. The quality of their products is excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized. A special mention goes to Michael, who was incredibly polite and efficient while helping create my order. He made everything clear and easy, and his professionalism really stood out. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to others!

I visited the Stevenage store and was helped by Michael. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgable of the products. He spent time with me whilst I decided between two items and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He was a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to your company.

I placed an order of 4 cushions in store at the Stevenage branch. And lovely Michael assisted me that day. He was great. However fast forward 4-5 months, I have only received one cushion and despite contacting for the remaining 3 I have not yet received them. I would like to request a refund of the 3 cushions as it has been an ongoing matter and I have still not received them.

We met Robert to discuss purchase of a sofa-bed. He gave great advice and detail about options available from Furniture Village. We went away, and visited other stores looking at competitor products before making our final selection. The quality and price seemed just what we were looking for. Whilst placing the order, we were privileged to meet the company chairman, who was very engaging, and explained the company history and ethos. The sales process had customer satisfaction as its key, with staff loyalty very evident. Thank you Robert

I’m disappointed with my experience with Furniture Village.

A wardrobe was purchased, but the wrong drawers were initially delivered. During the process of fixing and installing the wardrobe, property damage was also caused.

While the correct replacement parts were eventually provided, the overall handling of the situation has been poor. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, the issue of the property damage remains unresolved.

I was advised on more than one occasion that the matter would be looked into and that I would receive a call back, however no follow-up was ever provided. Communication has been inconsistent, and I’ve had to repeatedly chase for updates.

What’s most frustrating is being passed between different parties, despite the purchase being made directly through Furniture Village. As a customer, I would expect them to take ownership of the issue and ensure it is resolved properly.

Overall, this has been a stressful and time-consuming experience. I hope the company improves its aftercare service and takes more responsibility when issues arise.

Chris was friendly, not pushy , extremely knowledgeable and even asked me some questions I had not thought of.

Chris helped me purchase a sofa I needed based on my requirements without pushing the most expensive one. He was more keen to give me a product to suit my needs.

Very friendly with excellent knowledge. He took away all the stress when finding a new sofa including giving things to think about when choosing fabric, colour and extras too.

Cannot recommend highly him enough.

Visited Stevenage branch which has a great selection of furniture at competitive prices so we ordered a coffee table which we love. Only downside was it took 6 weeks to arrive in store and the staff on collection acted like they would rather be somewhere else. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.

I contacted the Furniture Village store at Stevenage as I was having a problem with my two seater recliner. I was greeted by a chap named Warren who was very helpful. He explained what to do and I was able to with his clear instructions to solve the problem!Thankyou Warren

Great sales people in the Stevenage store who were helpful and we spent 2 hours in there deciding on £2200 of new items.

The company called and said all was to be delivered on a Saturday so we cancelled a few things to be available.
Deliver van turned up and had not got the main item, a table, that we needed. He wanted to offload the chairs that went with it but we refused, he was not happy.

I called FV and they promised they would look into it.
We got a call back saying 100% the full load would be delivered the following Sunday and that they guaranteed everything was there. They emailed us that the delivery would be at 7 am on a Sunday! Not happy but yes we get up at 6.30 having cancelled another day out with the family. Van arrives with no table. Again driver quite insistant we accept part load and again we refused. I called "Customer Service" who said there was no reason why the delivery wasn't complete as the "computer" said it was all in stock.

Had enough and after a long conversation decided to cancel the order. Turns out there was an error in stock control and the 3 tables shown as in stock never were.
Pathetic............ I run a business and I'd never send a delivery out knowing it wasn't complete unless the customer agreed.

Micheal was amazing, great customer service and helped us through the whole process.

We have recently purchased x2 items from the Roaring Meg, Stevenage branch. A dining set sold by Chris who was brilliant. He couldn't do any more for us helping us to decide which set we wanted. He moved chairs for us to try and gave us advise for what was best with having kids etc.

We also purchased the media sofas, sold by Michael. Again, so lovely and helpful and gave us the really best service. 5* experience of a relaxed sale, where we could take our time and ask all the questions we needed. I felt like we were in our own little living room set up, rather than a shop. Really accommodated the kids too.

Would 100% recommend a visit and and seeing Chris and Michael to help with your purchase.

Michael @ the Stevenage Branch was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. He also talked me through what options I have available if the new sofa doesn't fit. I would definitely recommend.

I spoke with online staff , they were by polite courteous and friendly, they were informative in how times were delivered and any with any issues. They also informed me that me if the price went down I could claim the extra back , which I delighted to say I did. When I done this your staff were very polite and gracious, very good staff working for thankyou excellent service

Once again fantastic customer services from Michael. Mum and I visited the store to buy mum a sofa, he was pleasant helpful and shared his expertise, giving us time to make decisions.
I have gone back recently to buy bedroom furniture, and received the same brilliant service.

He is the salesman you need to see when you visit the Stevenage store!

We recently purchased a sofa set and a dining table with chairs from Furniture Village - Stevenage and had a great experience.

Michael Hackworthy was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He understood our needs perfectly and guided us to the right options without any pressure. We had visited several other stores, but his excellent service and approach convinced us to choose Furniture Village.

Nice assistant. Helpful but not pushy. Gave us all the information that we needed and was very helpful. Sales assistant was called Michael.

I came to the Stevenage branch looking for a dining room table. At I entered I was greeted by Micheal at the door. He was very helpful and a pleasure to chat to. He advised me on a new table that I loved. The whole process was professional informative and felt more like genuine chitchat than a sales process.

I brought the table and Micheal then a managed for it to be delivered within two days!

Good advise received from the Stevenage shop, helpful and a great price for our Grigio dining room table and chairs. The delivery out of the Norwich depot was well communicated and efficiently delivered, both operatives were polite and efficient.
