Got the completely wrong item

I was trying to buy a set of Lawnmower/Golf cart hubcaps(listed as availabe, despite being out of production for quite some time) from them, when I tried to checkout Norton security flagged it & wouldn't let me complete the transaction, since then I have received at least 20 emails(about one a day) with the same copy paste message body telling me to complete my order but every one of these emails comes from a different email address with a different fake domain name.

I purchased a garden storage shed through Wayfair. Once assembled we had problems closing the top. There was an after sales support number on the assembly instructions. Rude, condensending and really unhelpful woman answered the phone. We just wanted some advice on product once assembled. Not interested as we had purchased from a third party.

After all the negative reviews, I must say that I have had excellent service from Garden Gear. Unfortunately the pole chain saw arrived with the chain adjustment parts missing, but I must say that after a phone call and emailing a description of the missing parts, I received them the following day and the saw is now fully operational.

Greenhouse/coldframe ordered from donors for my wife's birthday,in May it eventually arrived in October,it wasn't worth the wait or the £80 my stepdaughter paid for it any slight puff of wind and it will take flight, wouldn't recommend this at all

absolute shambles of a company,i am 74 i bought pole chainsaw, took out extended guarantee, not worth paper written on, chain snapped so tried to get replacement i have spent hours upon hours emailing this lot, and they keep telling me to go to the company i bought it from, but they do not sell replacement parts. i have not got a clue how to get replacement chain, customer service is zero with this company, do not buy from them, if your item breaks you will not get spare parts from this lot. what a disgusting way to treat a pensioner or any other customer. steer clear

For customer support I would give them a zero! I needed a spare part so emailed them through their website. Responses were very unhelpful as I only wanted to know the cost however I was told that I had to go through the seller web page in order to get this information from garden gear as they wouldn’t answer it without me doing that. Very surprised as I wasn’t saying I had an issue with the product etc, only wanted a spare part price. So I guess at some point the same person I emailed will answer my question via the website I purchased it from. Very odd way to do business and will certainly never buy from this company again as it seems a simple question regarding a product cannot be answered easily. Shame really as this could easily have been sorted!

Update, apparently they do not sell a charger for the item I purchased, despite it being used in other products in this range!!!! Warning to all! I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing as it seems that others have had issues gaining parts. I now have a brand new hedge trimmer and no way of charging it! GREAT!

I bought a garden gear blower vac had it for 2 years so I only used it a few times in the 2 years when it failed to pick up I opened it and it was an easy fix but garden gear don’t seem to do spare parts other than a spare bag it’s a shame to throw it out because of this I thought the law had changed in that if you sell something you must have spare parts there’s enough stuff getting skipped disappointed

If nil stars was an option I would choose this. Unhelpful. Tried to cancel order 5 seconds after placing it and told I couldn't as it had already been dispatched, which I cannot belive. Contacted the company and was advised to reject the delivery. I stayed home to ensure I could do this and also put a note on my front door to alert the delivery driver. Note was ignored and driver did not ring my doorbell. The fence was left leaning against my front door. Company are taking no responsibility and say I have to pay for return. Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service and I would absolutely not recommend.

I would have given nil stars if I could have. Basically I bought a garden vac which I was quite pleased with. But unfortunately it broke down within the 1 year guarantee period. They state that there is a 2 year guarantee. They just didn't want to know and kept closing my case down (via Amazon) DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS!!!!¬

I have now received a reply from Amazon and they are agreeing to the refund. I feel that a lot of unnecessary agro was caused by this, and still feel not confident now to buy from Garden Gear.

I ordered a cold frame which arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted, unfortunately a screw was missing. I contacted customer services who immediately sent me the missing item. The service I received was excellent and I would buy from this company again.

Contacted Garden Gear after my pole chain saw started playing up after many years service, several very helpful people answered my emails. The problem seems to be that they only sell, they have no other facilities for either knowledge, support, spares or even customer service. They only had one suggestion for solving my fault issue - buy a new one - simples..........

My garden Buddha was damaged in transit so sent an email to customer service and they replaced it straight away. My new Buddha take pride bof place on my patio. He looks brilliant. Thank you brilliant company to deal with definitely order from them again. Well done and thank you to your team

I purchased a Garden Gear polesaw and when I used it for the first time i accidentally blunt the blades by touching the concrete floor. I rang the customer services for support on how to get a replacement blade and they were useless saying they don't provide a replacement blade and they wouldn't even provide advise how I could get a a replacement blade. What kind of customer service is that!. I will not be buying anything going forward from this company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 STAR

Purchased extendable chain saw from them, not fit for purpose - motor cutter top heavy making it unsafe to use, and reach is very limited. Contacted them for return postage label for unsuitable goods as promised by E Bay, they refused to issue stating return cost was down to me despite what eBay advised. I note from this website so many unhappy customers giving them 1 out of 5. Lousy customer services reported to eBay awaiting their input. Mr j naldrett

I recently bought their product code G2700 which is a 20v Trimmer. This is i totally useless piece of kit which does not do anything it is supposed to do and what they say it does. I wrote to their customer services who just suggested to buy a more expensive alternate product from them and no part exchange etc. When i asked them to consider they just did not respond. Their customer number is a premium number so calling it and holding on will only dent my finances further.

Denied responsibility for product supplied via Amazon. Beware of chargeable customer service calls. Poor quality equipment. Poor assembly.

Tried many times to order a oil tank cap for my 20v Cordless Telescopic Chainsaw they tell me they dont stock parts it is a shocking company will never buy anything of this company again

Having problems erecting runner bean poles, especially using clips. Have you better photos of how to do or can this be seen on tube. Thanks.
