This blower has made the winter clear up so much easier. I can blow leaves and garden debris into a corner before hoovering them up, saves a lot of time from just hoovering up as you go. Everything collected is chopped into fine bits and goes straight into my grass box - it's as easy as that! Imagine i'll use it to keep my paths clear throughout the year to save on sweeping effort and hoping that it'll be invaluable come the autumn.

Bought myself one of their corded leaf blowers as my drive and patio are a mess. Smashed through the job in no time and now want it to be messy again. The thing is super powerful and easy to use - really impressed!

Garden Gear Leaf Vac / Shredder - Never has the phrase "buy cheap buy twice" been more apt to describe this product. It is very poor. I can clear the leaves three times as fast by hand due to the fact that for every 5 sections of suction on this product you have to stop to de-clog the shredder. It is truly awful.

I purchased a garden chair in April, which developed split legs within a couple of weeks. After more weeks of arguing, the merchant finally offered a refund. However, many weeks later and still no refund I opened a dispute with MasterCard in June. Now in October, because the merchant failed to dispute the refund and follow the MasterCard policy, thereby defaulting any claim, they are threatening to place a charge on my financial record. Legally they cannot do this. I am therefore left with no option but to take this to the courts before my credit rating is ruined by a vengeful, lazy, incompetent company, who failed in their actions at every opportunity.

Item arrived damaged. Returned 4 weeks ago and still waiting for refund.................

Ordered and paid for shears in May they have not arrived. Disgusted with the service.

Absolutely shocking company. Took my order 3 times and cancelled on each occasion.

DO NOT BUY FROM GARDEN GEAR ONLINE

They don't show their landline number - instead a premium 0871 number.

They illegally tell customers to pay for return postage on faulty goods (by selling at checkout or simply telling the customer to post item back) - this is contrary to The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Should be investigated by a Government department / Trading Standards.

Ordered a garden screening product [from Gardengear at cost circa £48] they [ a company called Clifford James] sent a different screening product double the size.
I re-parceled it for collection - it was collected.
They sent the correct product but when received it did not meet the specified dimensions on web site - so I arranged for it to be collected and refund given.
Have notification today that a refund has been actioned - cost of product only - not the delivery cost. Am waiting to see refund appear in my credit card account.
In addition the number of calls I have had to make to arrange all this on their 0871 No's has been £37 quid plus the loss of the delivery cost. Even if I get a refund I am well out of pocket.
Other review nightmares indicate that their business model is to extract cash from customers in every way possible whilst making no efforts to fulfill their part of the purchase contract that they are offering.

Awful customer service take money for products not in stock and despite numerous calls were totally lying about stock then blaming couriers awful discriminatory tone

Made order. No confirmation email or anything on account but funds took from bank. Had to Contact them to see what's happend. They couldn't find order told to wait few days. Called again still couldn't find it. Told to wait again. Was told they would call next day they didn't so I called them and they finnaly found order. Then got my phone bill £13 for the privilege of calling them to sort there mistake!

So having read previous negative reviews I hesitated to order through Garden Gear but I needed the bamboo screening so hoped that the positive early reviews on this site would be my experience.
However, since making my order by phone over 2 weeks ago, I have had no confirmatory email, and no delivery date instructions. I called last week-spoke to operative, who promised to send confirmation email. Nothing. I am still awaiting delivery and will be obliged to make a 2nd premium phone call to chase this up. Even in the 'age of Corona Virus', it is unacceptable not to keep customers informed, and to fail on promised email when I had taken the time and expense to call. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered a Polytunnel paid card online. Was with me well within the advised delivery window. Packaged well and good quality tunnel. Very happy 😃

Agree with previous comments. There should be a no-star option for this company. Took order over phone and confirmed payment. Called to get delivery date to be told order cancelled and out of stock even though still being advertised. No call or email despite having our details and to be honest appalling attitude from the person who picked up the call. Astonishing that people like this still have a job when so many quality people find themselves out of work!! People should also let Amazon know who promote them heavily.

Do not go anywhere near this firm. We ordered a garden ornament got no confirmation, and when tried to phone them the number quoted on line is unobtainable.I hope trading standards will do a good job.

Fully agree with the earlier reviews, avoid this company at all costs.

Very poor service and poor products. I bought a garden clock from them and the 1st one received was faulty but the return label I had paid for wasn't included and was charged a premium cost phone call to obtain one. I then had to drive a round trip of 20 miles to take it to the nearest drop-off point. Eventually received a replacement, the minute hand of which fell off a week after receiving it. Couldn't face going through the whole rigmarole again, so swallowed the £30 cost and binned it.

They should be reported to Trading Standards as in my understanding it is illegal to use premium rate numbers to organise the return of a faulty product.

Truly appalling.
I ordered some wooden screening... nearly £100. It arrived damaged. I emailed them several times. Nothing. I went on their website. It charged me £4.60 for a collection label after getting my order number so they knew what goods I had. I drove to the shop it told me to drop the fence off at. They wouldn’t accept it as it was too large.
Still no reply to my emails.
