Quick and efficient. Excellent product and the use of a reputable courier made it all the better.

I already bought some wood weather proofing to treat a gate and its Posts but ran out.

Spoke to Garden Oasis and said I needed more but fast as gate was being fitted in 2 days time. It was no problem and was sent by an over night courier. Great Service

The item I ordered was extremely damaged when opened. I delayed contacting the business as our baby was in hospital, but upon doing so they declined to replace or refund, as this was reported outside the 30 day legal limit, despite informing them our circumstances. I felt this was unforgiving, and was very disappointed at the broken item. I would not shop with them again.

Unfortunately I highlighted a part was faulty but not believed. Within 24 hours of receiving. Although I provided evidence. Poor service that does not acknowledge the consumer act. This has now been resolved thank you

Good quality gate, delivered on time and without damage in suutable packaging. Easy to install, has added some security for my mum at her place. Good communication with the company also, would recommend. Graham

Superb customer service experience from Karen who assisted with an order from a third party supplier. Highly recommended. I will order again without a doubt.

I bought a garden gate from this company earlier this year. It was fitted by my builder and was fine for a few weeks. Then the lock jammed. I had to call in a locksmith who said the mechanism was faulty. I paid £80 to get it fixed and asked Garden Oasis to reimburse me. They said no. Eventually offered me £33.50 (!) as a "gesture of good will". Don't bother buying from these people, they treat their customers like dirt.

Ordered some gates beginning of week amazingly fast response and kept us updated all the time had our delivery on Friday brilliant service and the quality of the gates are really good. Thankyou garden oasis will definitely be buying from you again .

I made a couple of phone calls regarding some gates I wanted. It was regarding the size and position of the hinges and id they would fit in the space. I ordered the gates, they came in quick time and I was surprised at the weight and sturdiness of the gates. Unfortunately the conversations should have included the gap size and not the gate size as I could have gone a size up. This meant wood infill, not what I really wanted. The gates look smart and hopefully will managed the coastal weather for a few years before they need painting.

When I had a problem fitting my gate from Garden Oasis they went well out of their way and quickly solved the problem!

I purchased the Hampton Estate gates from Garden Oasis, but after being wrongly advised on size by a tradesman who eventually let me down anyway, I was very stressed and quite upset when I called and spoke to Karen in customer service about swapping them for the correct size. She was absolutely lovely and very sympathetic and sorted out a straight swap minus return fee and honoured the sale price that to my horror, had finished the day before so I ended up much less out of pocket than I originally would have been. The new gates have just been installed and they are absolutely beautiful, I've had loads of compliments on them already. Thank you so much Karen :)

Great service informative and helpful. Purchased some lights one didn’t work however they were quick to rectify it and apologetic given it must have been a manufacturer fault. Thank you for the service will certainly use again !

Product is good, although from a 3rd party, reasonably fast delivery.

Really good experience: competitive price, simple online ordering and prompt uneventful delivery.

Initially I thought that after contacting the manufacturer directly who just shut me down. I went to Garden Oasis, and initially thought we were getting a human response.

Sadly we didn't.

We paid a lot of money for a Highclare Summer House. This is a Shire product (seperate review posted).

In less that five years due to terrible installation the Summer House is rotten. The felt was cut too short. This allowed rainwater to access underneath. It now has to be scrapped.

The installation was by Shire but paid for through Garden Oasis.

Garden Oasis have kept saying the felt has come to the end of its natural life. It hasn't. The water ingress is because it was cut too short.

Feel totally ripped off by both Shire and Garden Oasis.

I'm expecting a response to this around checking the roof felt. I have done this annually when I have painted it. The felt has not failed. It was installed incorrectly.

The only reason I've found this issue is because the rain has lifted it away.

Just don't buy a Shire product or use Garden Oasis as unless you are can see into the future they will not listen to you.

If it had been installed correctly at the time, I would have had no reason to have to inspect it.

But then the installation wasnt correct.

The roof felt is only split WHERE IT WAS CUT TOO SHORT ON THE FASCIA. NOWHERE ELSE.

My Brother in Law has a summer house, bought second hand that he installed himself. Including fitting the felt on the roof. That Summer House has never shown signs of leaking.

RIPPED OFF.

Absolutely fantastic customers service from Karen she answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to purchase. I received the gate in a couple of weeks of ordering as promised. The gate itself looks stunning better than the pictures and is of very good quality with every single part needed. The company actually has videos on YouTube of how to install. The installation doesn't take any longer than 30 mins and it's on the wall hanging.
This is because the gate is already made and sent from the company ready to install.
I must also not forget to mention the price which is a very important factor. I paid £380 for this gate and a local place near me quoted me £800 so I got it for less than half price. Amazing company and customer service

I ordered a garden gate from Garden oasis and it was very quicly delivered within a few days. The gate was extremely well packaged and came complete with all the fitments ,screws etc needed to complete the fitment of the gate. the package also contained intructions on how to fit the gate. The website gave instructions as to what size of gate would be needed to fit the gap. Service was excellent ant good value for money. T Surtees

Firstly I am guilty of not reading the on line small print, I'm 72 and as pointed out by the telephonest when I rang to complain it clearly states this gate requires you to paint it. In my defence I paid £340 for a small 90cmX90cm Corffe Gate made to measure, I didn't find the section of small print that advised of painting with Hammerite. I now have a rusty gate that is clearly my fault as pointed out by the Garden Oasis staff member. Tell me would you really pay that much money to paint a small gate.

Sadly, i am still with a lawn mower that does not work and is not fit for purpose.

It’s been 5 months of incompetence from this company. I tonight have had the delight to hear from the director of the company, but instead of trying to help he had this to say “I’m afraid I do not have the time or patience to read your letter. If you could please just supply the information requested so that we can get this resolved for you, that would be marvellous.”

The information they have asked for they already have.

Save your sanity and spend your money elsewhere. I try to avoid big suppliers as I prefer to keep the economy going with smaller firms however it doesn’t always pay off as I have discovered.

This company has treated me like I’m in the wrong. I purchased an item out of good faith and it doesn’t work . You will see from the other reviews that when things go wrong, there is a lack of care , professionalism and apology.
