Ordered a sun lounger took a long time for delivery after persistent emails after a few days outside started to go rusty and damaged my patio sent pictures to oasis which they sent to the manufacturer they don’t know why it had happened eventually they said they would send me a new frame guess what it is out of stock really out of stock in June if you have a choice go and buy from a company you can rely on you don’t actually say that the first time they said they had tried to deliver they said it was the final time and it was the first l was in my kitchen when they said they had tried to deliver there was no tracking no absolute disgrace

Rust & misleading sales

Ordered several thousand pounds of ‘Manor fence/railings and gates’ which were powder coated and weatherproof and advertised with 5 year maintenance free which was important as we live in a coastal area. After some delivery delays and having to have some panels and posts replaced due to poor manufacturing we we’re finally ready to get all installed and erected in September.

The installation took around 4days and the completion looked great, the fencing/railings and gates added a great deal of satisfaction to our home.
Then….Around 3 months on we noticed rust on several areas of the welds to the railings, we contacted garden oasis and they requested photo images to send onto the factory. The response came back that this can sometimes happen at the weld joint and recommend to paint with hammerite black paint !! Ok this is what we did then some weeks later the ball caps on the posts started to rust and the same response was as above.
As the weeks went on (around 5 months from the installation) it was clear that after Nearly 6 months the railings/gates and posts were beginning to fail at a fast rate.
We are now in February 2023 and realise that the goods purchased are going to require maintaining on a regular basis after just 6 months.
After many conversations and trying to find a resolution with this company guess what they offered ?….
X2 tins of black spray paint and £200 refund.
It was a huge mistake buying from this company and I would advise any potential customers to avoid as my experience above.

I ordered 3 of the windspinners which came promptly and beautifully packed. I have strapped them to star pickets using rip ties which gives them sturdy support to cope with our high winds. In a cluster, they have an even more dramatic effect. Very hypnotic! I love them!

Needed to have two garden side gates made to order . Absolutely fantastic. Good communication, extremely helpful and gates are perfect ..

Garden furniture order arrived quickly and well packed. An issue after a few weeks was resolved quickly. Will use Garden Oasis again.

Ordered a double Drayton garden gate, made to measure. Absolutely delighted with the quality. Arrived within the advised timescale and looks fantastic.

Order Garden Gates with posts. Received delivery date and approximate time so arranged for labourer's to carry out the work based upon this. When delivery driver arrived (separate company) had posts only and advised that he thinks gates might have been damaged in transit so were not out for delivery. Contacted Garden Oasis and was told that they will investigate. Heard nothing so had to chase Garden Oasis up again just before they closed for the weekend. They still had no idea why I have no gates and couldn't advise on when they might come!! Told if I cancel my order to buy elsewhere I will incur some costs!!!
The saga continued as we tracked our replacement gates. Everyday the tracking reported 'Being prepared for dispatch' for a week. Out of the blue it reported that gates delivered. We have cameras, front, back and side of our property and no gates had been delivered. Got back in touch by phone with Garden Oasis who again said they would look in to it. They confirmed our findings via email and requested we leave it with them to resolve. 2 days later the gates finally arrived!

We ordered wall planters in mid June this year but when they arrived we realised they were not what we wanted. I received a returns label promptly from the company and Garden Oasis have now had the goods for the past 6 weeks. I have not received a refund despite a reminder to them on 19th July.
It's a shame because the company seems to get a lot of 5* reviews but my experience is that we have not been able to get a refund from them.

Gate ordered on website at weekend with a delivery timescale if 5 days. Gate arrived On the Wednesday morning, left where I requested on the order form.
East to install by 1 person ( and a couple of lengths if wood to get correct height) within an hour.
Product looks better and more substantial than I was expecting.

I have to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase of fence paint. I originally had to return a tub of paint purchased from another retailer as the colour on the tin did not match the paint. I was on the hunt for a light brown colour to match the wood of my fence and purchased the golden brown colour which is an excellent match. Paint is great quality and looks brilliant. I ordered the paint and it was delivered three days later. Great speedy service and would purchase from this retailer again. 5 stars ⭐️

Failed to Deliver 3 times. Ordered (238602) mid April and after 3 failed deliveries (broken on delivery, production delay (x2) all cancelled on day of delivery. Regretfully asked for my money back today as still no order date. Order came from Shire GB who have a spectacular 40% 1* Reviews.

After previously having a failed order with another company, Jon Paul provided great customer service. The goods were delivered within less than a week, considering it was also bank holiday and we were able to enjoy our first BBQ of 2023 six days after visiting the outlet. Massive thank you, job well done!

Avoid! I had order from them 10th May. And after 12 days still does not delivered nothing! But offering 5 days delivery! Left email 4 days ago no answer! Untrastable company. Do not use them! Just taking money and no answer and no item sent. Terrible service!

We ordered two large gates and they turned up super quick and great quality. They were well packed and protected and we would well recommend them.

A communication issue at the start but eventually we got it sorted, a shortage of items not sent and a week to sort out a third party messing -up.

Ordered a corner sofa and table set from Garden Oasis. The service was excellent, it was dispatched quickly and I was telephoned to say what day it would be delivered. I phoned on the day to see if I could narrow down the delivery windows and the ladies I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The sofa set is excellent quality, particularly for the price, was easy to put together and is exactly as described on the website. A great experience.

A brilliant service. Ordered my Suncast shed on the Tuesday and was told it would be delivered within 7-10 days. I also ordered the installation service which was promised within 3 weeks of delivery. In the event I got a call from the installer on the Friday and he delivered and installed the shed the following Tuesday. A 7x7 she constructed and secured to the paving slabs within 2 hours. Absolutely faultless service from beginning to end.

Recently ordered a picnic table. I came home to find two opened boxes down my secure sideway , I didnt receive an e mail or text message from the supplier with an eta, only a missed call while I was at work 20 minutes before my neighbour kindly gave them access to the sideway.
All the required fixings and instructions were missing.
I must admit I was in a raging mood at this point having basically been left with a pile of wood.
A bad start but all sorted out by Karen at Garden Oasis. A prompt reply to my moaning e mail, with all fixings delivered within a week of my first contact so a big thankyou to Karen for her speedy professional service.
