Update: increased rating due to customer service received, shed is being collected and fully refunded. Customer service from Forest Gardens, their supplier, really lacking. Garden Oasis, please stop using them, their sheds are horrific quality and their reviews reflect our experience over and over again.

Ordered a shed from here due to previous good experience, never again. The shed was fulfilled by another company called forest gardens and was delivered today, just dumped at the bottom of our steps leaving us unable to move it from where it could be stolen, no consideration for us or our property at all and the driver didnt even bother to knock and let us know it had been delivered. Would never use again and won't be recommending.
Shed is also wet inside with water coming straight through the flimsy wall panels, door doesn't align properly, really shoddy and totally not fit for purpose. Shed supplied by Forest Gardens who have multiple poor reviews stating the same.

No responsibility for delivery service and customer care. I chose delivery date- website ignored my choice and gave me a date I wasn’t free. As self employed I moved work. Item did not arrive- then arrived 3 days later with no notice. Arrived with the wrong base and no settup instructions for base. Again given a delivery date of replacement I can’t make and haven’t specified. Terrible. Big waste of my time.

Excellent service ordered a garden bench but after a couple of weeks had a problem with it.

Got in touch with a very helpful lady called Karen and after a few E Mails she resolved the problem for me

I ordered and paid for gates nearly 6 weeks ago, after reading the reviews on Trustpilot i thought i'd try the company - i was told they would be delivered within 3-4 weeks and i'm still waiting with no confirmed delivery date and the staff have been very unhelpful and rude - i would not recommend Garden Oasis

I ordered 7 180 x 151 double slatted panels and received confirmation of delivery directly from the manufacturer within 7 - 14 days. Heard nothing after 14 days so sent an email order enquiry. Got home for lunch that same day and the panels were sitting in my front garden..so I called them ready to moan....now you may think they failed to give me a delivery update but the truth is the numpty typing this review mistyped his telephone number when placing the order! Enough said......but just don't expect email updates from the delivery company

A couple of small repairs needed...knocking the top finish strips back in which had came loose during delivery
The panels are obviously not 6ft wide so you need to bear that in mind if replacing existing 6 x panels. I just added strips of wood down my posts to fill the gap
Overall a good product and they look ten times better than the old overlap panels in my view.
Great price in comparison to other similar products on other sites.

So would I recommend Garden Oasis...yip
Would I recommend the double slatted fence panels..yip
Would I recommend a brain transplant or an eye test for this customer..yip

Ordered a couple of items for my Greenhouse, quick and simple ordering process and quickly informed by email, that the items would be sent directly from manufacturers.
After receiving a strange text message from, I assume the manufacturers, I called Garden Oasis and had the phone hung up on me, i retried and was diverted to a mobile number.

I assumed that this was poor customer service, how WRONG I was.

I received a call later that day from Garden Oasis, apologising for the problems with my call and explaining that they had been hacked (I won’t go into details but they had a substantial amount of money stolen), for them to go out of their way to call me personally, especially with what had happened, just shows superb service for their Customers, also they were straight on the strange text problem and contacted the manufacturers regarding this.

My items arrived and have been installed.

Prices are significantly lower than many other places, ordering process is very easy but the Customer Service is, quite frankly, second to none.

Absolutely Brilliant

Ordered a door canopy, which was notably cheaper than other vendors yet it arrived very quickly and well packaged. Very pleased.

Tried to order 5 fence panels and 6 posts on line .Didn't receive 6 digit code to continue . Tried to order over the phone. Girl was very pleasant but didn't seem to know what she was doing.In the end we gave up .My husband wasn't sure what order we'd get.

We ordered a garden gate after the recent storm blew our wall and gate over. Very quick delivery even though stated would be much longer. Great delivery driver, nothing to much trouble. We had an issue with the gate bearings, garden oasis, immediately rectified and sent replacement and discussed how to fit. Great company, would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a lean too early in the year , very good service delivery etc , panel was damaged in transit , emailed and customer service straight on it and replaced immediately,
After the storm last week 2 of our panels were damaged , again customer service straight on the problem and sorted immediately,

V pleased with garden cushion quality it was bought to go on a bathroom chair and goes with colour scheme, the hot pink is perfect! Good service too.

After spending ages looking for an odd sized garden gate I stumbled across Garden Oasis online. I'm so pleased I did. It was easy to order, I was kept informed of my order's progress and the gate arrived well within the expected delivery dates.

The gate itself is well made and definitely worth the money.

Ordered gates on two separate occasions and both times they arrived damaged and had to be returned. the second set I ordered were first dispatched on the 04/06/21 it is now the 06/08/21 and I am still waiting for them to be picked up and a replacement. I will not be using this company again.

MISSING PARTS - LACK OF CONTACT
Made to measure gate arrived yesterday without hinges and latch plate which were according to advertisement included. Tried to ring company to sort out discrepancy. Phone goes to automated message which directs contact by email. Email message sent to which automated response states that it might take up to 5 days to get a response. Unfortunately have now had to cancel builder that was arranged after text confirmed imminent delivery. All a bit rubbish & disappointing really, considering how nice (and how expensive) the gate is.

I love my new gate, it looks really smart

I ordered a garden wooden loveseat on 18th of July about 5pm & it arrived on 21st of July! Amazingly fast service as they did state there could be a two week wait due to covid but I was surprised it came so fast, great service! I've yet to assemble the seat do don't know how easy this will be on my own but should be ok, the colour of wood is really nice & quality is good too, can't wait to put it together! I've now started to assemble it but there's four screws missing from pack so am waiting on customer service.

Everything arrived on time and the gate is excellent quality and to the size ordered. Many thanks!
