Verification process was very easy and came through the next day. Booking was a breeze and the gear I booked was perfect for what I needed.

Geweldig platform. Was op zoek naar een spiegelreflex camera hier in de buurt. Eenvoudig iemand gevonden met precies wat ik zocht. Ik moest me alleen nog even registreren en identificeren en dat was binnen één dag geregeld. Het boeken ging snel en eenvoudig, de betaling ook. Meer dan tevreden, de ideale matchmaker voor je "gear"!

Een hele fijne en betrouwbare site om apparatuur te huren of verhuren. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moet eerst een strenge verificatie volbrengen. Daarna is het pas mogelijk om iets met het platform te doen.

De site is een geweldige uitkomst voor mensen die dure apparatuur slechts eenmalig of weinig gebruiken, en daardoor goedkoop kunnen huren.

It's unbelievable that a process so long and tedious like the verification, which honestly took me weeks, can be rejected without them having to give you any reason whatsoever.
As many have said their customer service is terrible and basically non existent.

This was such a disappointment, i will have to try and look for another similar website.

I think Gearbooker makes it easier to find and rent camera equipment. I totally recommend the use of it.

I used the platform for the first time after being a user of Wedio before. The process of setting up my account and getting verified was a bit arduous and I didn't like that I have to share my home address although I was renting on behalf of my employer.

The process of renting the gear and means of communicating with the owner was quite straightforward.

However, on the day of the rental, I received an email in the morning that I would need to bring my passport. I had already left the house by that time. Hence, I had to leave work early to pick up my passport at home and then head back to the opposite end of the city to pick up the gear. It would be better to receive that info 24 h in advance.

The platform works great. I needed some camera equipment on my last-minute shoot, and I was able to find a reliable person in the area to rent from. Will definitely keep using the platform and would recommend to anyone in the creative industry!

Recent een lens voor mijn camera gehuurd, ik kende de site niet. Maar wat een mooie service dat je op deze manier apparatuur kunt huren. Echt ideaal als je iets tijdelijks nodig hebt. Ik ga dit zeker vaker gebruiken!
