Applied for a loan with this company and they were fantastic, very efficient and the the customer service excellent. Smooth process and cash in bank the next day.

Awful! I am an existing customer payed every month since September without fail. I applied for a top up 2 days ago online as I was advised I could do so numerous times by George Banco I used my current guarantor didn't hear anything from them my guarantor called them and advised her they would call her back to finalise the top up no call. I have been receiving texts all day asking me to add my guarantor! So I called them to see how things are progressing only to be told they have changed their policy from 6 months to 12months! 2 days it took them before they even had the decency to tell me and I had to call them! It doesn't say anything about the so called new policy in fact on my account it is still asking me to top up! I don't advise this service.

Very fast acting and friendly people to talk with. The process is super easy and all done in the same day.

Completely useless I got loan from freedom finance only a year ago with apr of 15.9%. Since then my credit score has improved but this useless company refusing me a loan. Disgraceful

Update on my case where do we start GB said refund has been payed to my account on wednesday by bacs spoke to my bank no payment as been put it nor is it pending will now escalate the case back to resolver am claiming for the distress of all this will update in due course please avoid at all costs

was given a loan when it was unaffordable took the case to the and they agreed in my favour got an email from GB stating I was owed £1200 to send my bank details which I did, but still waiting next step for me is claim court will also be claiming for stress as i suffer mental health problems DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NEVER TAKE A LOAN IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO MAKE PAYMENTS
