Disgustingly have created confusion through as many as 10 incidents of mis-communication between there employees or departments. One or two mistakes is acceptable, these things happen. The latest example, after several regular updates from myself and my Guarantor, eventually I received what I thought was a positive response and a great relief that I was offered a 3 month payment holiday. Now myself and my Guarantor are receiving communication showing the arrears and missed payments information and asking why the payments have not been made and to get in touch to agree a repayment plan.. Last month money was debited from my Guarantors account only a week or two after the payment holiday agreement and it took a long wait for agent to answer. To try and resolve this and be refunded. 7 days in a row I had to go through the long wait and explain the same issue even though the agent promised the refund was being processed and the status of the loan repayments had now updated. This is just the 1st 2 months. Maybe on the 3rd month they will actually get there had communicated between there own departments and the stress and worry they have created will not happen again. I am fully expecting another round of poor service this time. I think there system's are slow there staff don't care and there communication is confusing, contradicting and very distress full. Especially with what is happening globally lately and personally having mental health struggles it really is neglectful and shows a lack of empathy and understanding for anyone. Signing you up for these ridiculously poor loan wasn't like this in fact the service was great when they want to make a fortune from me. Stay clear. Be warned 😠

Lost one of my payments and still trying to make me pay despite proving it had been paid

Avoid at all costs...
I had to make a complaint about unaffordable lending and they self regulate without asking for further information. The constant harassment to me and my guarantor is nothing short of a disgrace.
Rightfully so the decision was upheld by the Ombudsman....They fail to do adequate checks despite what they may tell you. This has been perfectly illustrated in my case.

Wouldnt recommend George bianco to any customers based on the rates they charge had a loan and it doubled amount I borrowed and doc fee of £500 quid on top for admin thats outrageous just in itself for a couple letters to sign Even with good grantor still a rip off for the money advise customers not to take a loan out with them

Dylan very helpful, polite, professional and informative. Money supposed to be in my account by 20.30 today. It’s now 20.56 and still not there! Not impressed with side of things.

I wasnt to sure to start with, but when a guy called Dilon took my application he was nothing but respectful and helpful and realistic. He didn't try tell me things that would just make me carry on with my application, he was just honest and wanted to know I fully understood what I was signing myself into and if I could afford it. So yeah if you want to get some one to assist you over the phone, hes your guy. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

The whole process was abit lengthy but I shall not rate it down as I would rather something prossional and secure. Customer service skills where excellent by Chris and colleagues many thanks
