What a great company. We have travelled with Golf Escapes for many years. Been to courses in the UK and on mainland Europe. Nothing seems too much trouble when it comes to their customers. The staff Kim, Dave, Mike, Matt with whom we have dealt are excellent. Friendly engaging and very very helpful. Thank you.

Brilliant service for our two golf breaks this year. Nothing is to much trouble as despite dithering all the time with locations, Matt who I deal with keeps coming back with new offers for us. In the middle of booking our break for abroad next May. This is the company I will be staying with. Tailored golf as well instead of the the standard offerings.

Another great trip organised by Golf Escapes. Used them for years now and never any issues and from transfers, golf and hotel all run like clockwork. Will be in touch soon to get the ball rolling for next years trip. Thank to all the team

We all had an amazing time and could not fault any part of our trip. Courses were unbelievable and all the transfers were always on time if not early. The aftersales service was outstanding and given the current situation with covid everything was handled perfectly and we were always updated. Would definitely use this company again

We have booked for years with them but never again!! We have now cancelled our September trip with GolfEscapes given Spain’s ‘Amber’ travel status 🥲… When I spoke with them they told me that their company policy had changed and that they would be making a £45pp ‘Admin Charge’ to transfer the holiday to 2022. I spoke with their MD to explain that they had previously told us in writing that we could transfer to 2022 for free – but he simply said ‘no exceptions’

We all had a very successful tour at Valle De Este.
As always, the hotel and staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the food was plentiful with many choices.
The golf course had recently been hollow tinned, however, this did not distract us too much with our game as it improved rapidly each and every day.
On behalf of all 24 of our group I would genuinely like to express our thanks to you an all at Golf Escapes for being extremely flexible and understanding with our booking especially during this pandemic which caused us numerous problems regarding travel restrictions.
You and your staff communicated with us all the way and we got there eventually.
This is our third time in using Golf Escapes and I’m very confident that you hear from us again for next years tour.

Booked a trip for 8 people to visit South Africa to watch the British and Irish Lions. Golf Escapes, already having extensive experience booking safaris and golfing tours to SA, converting to Rugby Union was all very straightforward and even included tickets for the test match (as well as a couple of rounds of golf).
Given the uncertainty generated by Covid, we were advised to only pay a refundable deposit. Golf Escapes booked the flights without any financial commitment from us and held them right up to the time it was announced that no spectators could attend the games. At this point our deposit was refunded in full with absolutely no fuss.
Really looking forward to booking a sporting event with Golf Escapes next year, once we’re given the ‘all clear’!

Over the last 8 years our group have been on holiday with Golf Escapes to Turkey. I can honestly say that we have never had one complaint about any of the holidays during this time, everything was organised to a tee, my thanks to Nick who normally looked after us from making the quote and booking the holiday. Then COVID came along in 2019 and put a spanner in the works, also many thanks to Kim for the prompt and efficient way that she refunded the money from the holiday that never was in 2020. I would have no hesitation in booking future holidays with Golf Escapes after this madness of COVID is under control and we can travel freely around the world.

Best golf package offering, very kind employees, always 100% reliable. I am booking my group tours for a number of years now and can not think of sreas for improvement.

Also the handling of the booking during the corona situation was professional and satisfactory. What started as a voucher ended with a full refund after applying for.

Terribly disappointed that we had to first postpone for a year and then cancel our golf trip due to COVID. Golf Escapes however, made the process very easy, non judgmental and quick.

Will certainly be booking again through Golf Escapes in the future.

Owing to the Covid Pandemic we have had to cancel, for the second time, our golfing trip to Portugal! So very sad but Golf Escapes have refunded very promptly. Even assuring me that there would be little chance of travelling in May, whatsoever. We have used Golf Escapes for group and couple holidays and have always found them knowledgeable about the various golfing destinations.

We've been using Golf Escapes for many years now and have always found them helpful and responsive. With the COVID pandemic hitting in 2020 we had to unfortunately postpone our trip, only to have to repeat that exercise again this year. Throughout this difficult period Golf Escapes acted professionally and looked after the complex cancellation process flawlessly. Full refund received in a timely manner, thank you Kim :-)

Golf Escapes have been great to deal with during Covid 19. When we originally booked back in 2019 they had an immediate response and their knowledge was a great help in getting the holiday that we wanted. Unfortunately, our 2020 holiday got cancelled but Golf Escapes were great in offering us a refund or rebooking for 2021 straight away. After some patience from the team while we deliberated what we wanted to do, we choose to rebook and again the service we got was excellent. However, our holiday has been cancelled and not knowing when we will be able to travel again, we decided to ask for a refund. I was surprised, after hearing some horror stories about people waiting months for refunds from other travel companies, that the money was fully refunded within a week of first contacting Kim. I look forward to using Golf Escapes again in the future.

Have booked many golfing holidays with Golf Escapes. The experience has always been excellent. Immediate response to requests for quotes and even when I change my mind about dates or tee off times their patience is endless. This time after changing our dates 4 times since last March I finally decided to ask for a refund and Kim was just so understanding and helpful and I received the money in the bank this morning so thank you Golf Escapes. We will definitely be back to book again once confident the virus is under control.

What can I say that has not already been said by me - & others - before. First class helpful, considerate, informative & efficient service, not only in booking hotels & tee times, but in cancelling & promptly refunding payments made when COVID struck. I really cannot speak too highly of them. I think I have booked about two dozen UK & foreign trips with them over the last 4 years. Never had a problem, & now I do not bother with alternative quotes as their prices are always right. Kim, Nick & Jon are excellent to deal with. Other companies are quick to take your money, but slow in dealing with everything else. You will not find that with Golf Escapes.

This is a bit of an unusual review, as due to COVID we never actually got away, so I'm not reviewing the holiday. However, the team at Golf Escapes were extremely helpful and considerate with arranging first of all a Credit Note and, as we were unable to book an alternative holiday, a full refund. This was all done quickly, with fast responses to calls and emails, which gives me 100% confidence that I will be using them for future golf trips.

We were a party of 12 and had booked a trip to Tenerife in January with the Team.

Nothing was too much - Jon, Nick, Kim & Team have been fantastic accommodating all our needs for transfers, golf day bookings / times, hotel requests and the package as a whole.

Everything was finalised to meet our (tight) budget and at short notice (just four weeks before we were due to travel), and then the Government removed the Canary Islands from the 'Travel Corridor' which meant we could not travel as we are unable to quarantine given our employment.

Although disappointing, and through no fault of Golf Escapes, we received a full refund of our monies within 2 working days of sadly requesting the refund.

I cannot recommend the team at Golf Escapes highly enough for their professionalism, response, availability, and support. We will certainly be using them again for our overseas golfing needs in the near future.

Our golf society has dealt with Golf Escapes over many years and we can thoroughly recommend them as a user friendly, professional and reliable company. We had to cancel our golfing trip to Turkey in November 2020 because of Covid. Golf Escapes managed the whole process efficiently and in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to book with them again.

We booked to go to Turkey in November 2020. Nick from golf escapes was very helpful, responsive and tailored the all inclusive package to our needs in a professional way. Then of course Lockdown 2 happened and we could no longer travel to Turkey. Kim from Golf escapes immediately got in touch with us and explained our options of a full refund, voucher or re booking to another time in December or the New Year. We decided to go for a refund due to all of the uncertainty at the moment. Golf escapes processed the refunds immediately and we received the money back within a matter of weeks with no issues whatsoever. I am really impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and personal touch. Especially given the current circumstances and that many travel operators are undoubtedly suffering and want to hold onto customers money. We will definitely be re booking for the new year and it will most certainly be with Golf Escapes.

The whole team at Golf Escapes couldn’t have been more helpful during such difficult times. Extremely professional, courteous & pleasant manners. Thank you for refunding the money so swiftly instead of hanging on to it! . We shall certainly be booking with you again as soon as ‘normality’ returns!
