Excellent shop I get a lot of my clothes from here, staff are a delight to talk to always friendly, shame it’s closing down as Blackpool doesn’t have many outdoor shops.

Excellent staff

This small local shop in blackpool with the same two male and female staff every Saturday is brilliant. Friendly, very helpful staff go the extra mile to give you an informed pleasant shopping experience. Popping upstairs to bring me what I needed. Bravo. Keep up the fabulous customer service. I'll keep shopping there.

Just what I needed

The staff were able to help some great crampons for my trip to Iceland, was super happy with the product. It was great to get a member discount too for them

Back Pack

Staff very helpful and friendly, wanted a back pack and got it at members price, which I wasn't expecting, as I'm not a member...delighted, other shops should be like this....5* from me

Matt was very helpful & polite

Matt was very helpful, polite and knowledgable & he pointed me in the right direction to the items I needed. Everything I needed was in Stock & there was a sale on for members which is great.

My local store

I have visited my local store many times and I find the quality of items I have bought to be of excellent quality and value for money. The staff are very polite, very friendly and most of all very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Items never arrived in time for our…

Items never arrived in time for our weekend away in the Lakes, no notification regarding the delay, appalling service, will not use thus company again.

Very efficient and friendly

On entering the store,I was met by a member of staff in a friendly way. The staff provided me with my order very efficiently. I would certainly recommend this store.

Hiking equipment purchase

I purchased a pair of hiking boots on Saturday and I returned to the store today to purchase socks a backpack and waterproof treatment for my boots.
Both members of staff provided excellent advice and were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

I went in today to take back some boots…

I went in today to take back some boots I bought my daughter for Christmas ,long story short online purchase but Matt was fantastic and even had a pair in stock for me to exchange it with both he and Courtney were happy to help me and made it so easy for me as this was online purchase . They just made the whole process simple and made me feel

Excellent service

Excellent service, I was looking for an item I had seen online, unfortunately it wasn't in the store, but the salesman offered me a different one at the same price. Fantastic service.

Great customer service from Courtney and Michael when I bought this helmet, she even let me charge my phone so I can get to my order email.

Made an online purchase for a jacket…

Made an online purchase for a jacket but returned it to store to change size,twice.easiest shop by far to deal with returns and refunds.

Helpful and friendly store staff

Having had problems with Customer Services regarding an order, I contacted the Blackpool store by phone. Courtney was most helpful and apologetic and tried to resolve my issue.
Upon collection of my item in store, Ellie was equally helpful and as the storage bag was slightly damaged, offered a good discount.
However, Customer Services rather inefficient.

Brilliant little express store just…

Brilliant little express store just wish they had more size 8 in stock saves me going to Preston or southport but still brilliant value and the staff are very helpful
