Was in the blackpool store on Saturday and found Tom to be very helpful and engaging with his customers. Found exactly what we were looking for and had a very helpful tip from him with regard to getting items for someone who finds lots of materials very itchy. A great asset to the store

Very friendly & helpful

I went looking for some walking sandals and was looked after extremely well by Tom. Nothing was too great an effort for him. He was courteous, friendly and helpful and offered good advice.

Great service by Tom. Knowledgeable and attentive.

I was served by Tom on Monday 11th November. I went in the shop close to closing time to buy some all season leggings I'd seen earlier. He was helpful and renewed my membership so that I could redeem a discount on my purchase. I only wish that the Store was bigger rather than an express to provide more choice.

While in Blackpool in August I needed a winter hat due to it being so cold and windy. There were none out in the shop due to the time of year and a very nice male working there asked what we were looking for and when I said he got a box out of the storage room so I could look through them and choose one. I was very impressed with the service, he went above and beyond.

Sam was really helpful, got all the items I needed.

Called the store to reserve a coat spoke to a very helpful member of staff who saved it for collection next day. I arrived today to purchase the coat and all the staff where very helpful would highly recommend this store.

The staff were very helpful. Tom particularly so as he helped me with my membership issue, thank you.

I was served by Courtney, she was very polite and an asset to your team. I prefer being left to look at something then walking to a member of staff if I have any questions, to which Courtney could answer the many questions I had. But on the other hand the gentleman man in there I believe she mentioned he was a supervisor was very aggressive towards other staff and customers. Unsure is he is covering from another store and not happy but if I see him working I won’t be in as I don’t feel safe.

Popped in to here at the weekend in a visit to Blackpool, fab selection even though an express store. Tom, the staff member was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I hot a fantastic winter coat that meets all my needs thanks to his expertise. Thanks for making our vist such a positive experience, Tom!

One of my favourite shops in Blackpool. I was served by a gentleman called Steve. I was after a waterproof and windproof jacket. He was most informative and helpful showing me the full range available. I ended up buying a windproof, breathable jacket which also had a detachable fleece lining. Most pleasaed with my purchase. Many thanks.

I took my coat to Blackpool Go outdoors to change it after buying on line, they are brilliant lads, so kind, so helpful and so polite, I couldn’t stop telling them how nice they was so needed to write this

Received the new brochure and found the new shop in Blackpool. What a shame it is smaller than other Go Outdoors stores. Sam was helpful and able to get the item I required. I would have been disappointed to find my choice was not stocked as I will NOT use websites and the inevitable transport and fuel costs.

I received excellent help with choosing a new winter coat. The sales person was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the features of the coats including offering alternative suggestions to consider.
