Excellent Cistomer Service
Had to query the price of a pair of boots I brought. Mia the advisor was very helpful in explaining the price difference was due to needing to be digned up to their store card. She dealt with this forme by me purchasing the loyalty card promptly and reinbursed on my card the fifference in me the boot price, so I left a happier customer. Mia was polite, efficient and customer focused and dealt with my query quick and was also friendly throughout the transaction.

The Bike Supervisor Arans customer service is excellent. He’s professional in all aspects. It was a pleasure coming to a store where a member of staff had any knowledge & actually good customer service skills. This is rare.

Having been told by a colleague that they didn’t have the particular chair we wanted in the store room, we found it said on line that they did so she went and checked herself and found them for us. I was served today by a lovely young man called Harris who was so helpful with choosing boots and walking socks for my daughter who’s going to be doing D of E he was really polite and a happy member of your staff I would definitely look out for him again in store for more advice and help

Great help from Billy and Adrienne helping purchase of a tent. Store was well stocked and the store was tidy showing the staff look after their customers and their purchases.

Robin and Sarah were great
Robin was very helpful in sorting out our needs to transport our tent to the coach station he went out of his way to to find a tent like ours.
At reg checkout SARAH explained the loyalty card and processed our order in a cheery way.
We are both over 80 it was great both team members took time to understand our needs . We will shop at tis store again please thank you you Ken penny

Excellent customer service from Zoe today when I had a problem with faulty goods. I shop regularly at Go Outdoors Brislington and part of the reason is the staff are always helpful and friendly.
