Took a pair of Solmon boots back after…
Took a pair of Solmon boots back after less that a year, soles coming away from uppers didn't have a recipe but prove of purchase on my bank statement, but Mia the young lady who was on the till said it wasn't a problem and checked my membership card and all the details were there, First class service from her and all the other staff.
Well done.

Hand excellent experience buying a roof…
Had excellent experience buying a roof tent from this company. Want to thank Viv in their store at Cribbs Causeway Bristol who found one that was in stock at their Brislington store in Bristol. She went out of her way to help me. At the Brislington store John there was an absolute hero in helping me fit the roof tent to my car. Without that offer I may not have bought it that day because my car was too small for the box and the offer to help me fit it sealed the sale. Driving away very happy with my roof tent!

Visited Go Outdoors to buy the things…
Visited Go Outdoors to buy the things we needed for my daughter’s DofE expedition. We’re not campers so I wasn’t sure what to get in terms of the type of walking boot, sleeping bag warmth etc. Harris at the Bristol store was so helpful, gave us advice and took us to the various sections around the store to get what we needed. He took on board my budget for particular items and was overall extremely helpful.

We visited seeking advice on boots…
We visited seeking advice on boots after dealing with repeated ankle sprains, and we couldn't have been more impressed. Kerrie is an absolute expert in both footwear and foot correction. Her knowledge and guidance were far beyond our expectations. Highly recommended. And it's not the first time we visit and the staff is extremely helpful.
