Your feedback regarding stock availability and repeated cancellations has been noted. We are continually working to improve the accuracy of our stock systems to help prevent situations like this from happening in future.

From checking the orders we can see that both have been fully refunded and the refunds will now be visible back in your account.

Having reviewed your order, I can see that this issue has now been resolved following your recent call with our Customer Care team. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to a system issue, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Your refund has now been processed and should appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
