We are sorry to hear that you were left disappointed with both the services you received and the handling of your refund. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be assured by the store manager that a refund would be processed, only to find yourself having to chase this up afterwards.

We appreciate that clear communication and following through on commitments are important, and we are sorry that your experience fell short of expectations on this occasion.
