We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We’re very sorry for the in-store experience with your click and collect order, and for the confusion around the location of your parcel.

Having looked into this, I can see that your order was located in store and has now been collected. However, this should have been a much smoother process for you, and I’m sorry that this wasn’t the case.

Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with our Coventry store so that improvements can be made to prevent this happening again and to ensure a better experience for our customers in future.
