Such a great experience at Go Outdoors Liverpool. We popped in to get a roof tent fitted for our car, and the staff went above and beyond for us.

Reece fitted the tent on what must have been the hottest day of the year in Liverpool. He was out there in the searing heat, cracking on with it, and stayed cheerful and helpful the whole time. Another staff member pitched in too, and even though we didn't catch his name, he was just as lovely and patient with us.

You could tell the whole team genuinely cared about getting it right, not just rushing us through. They talked us through everything and made the whole thing easy and stress free.

Big thank you to Reece and the team. Properly lovely service, would recommend to anyone.

I needed some spare parts for my Berghaus gazeebo, after no look with Berghaus and them telling me to call blacks, I called go outdoors on the dock road where I had made the purchase and spoke to Morgan, he took my number and said he would try his best to get them. I completely forgot and 2 days before we where due to go camping he called me and said the parts where ready to pick up. What a legend, most retailers these days would have just left it, so it’s good to see someone still going above and beyond and means I will definitely be back at the store knowing they care an look after their customers.

Visited the Liverpool branch to view/buy a gas bbq.
None of the one we were after on display but the website said 3 in stock.
Approached a member of staff, Adam. Who said he would find them for us. Off he went. A few minutes later he came back with the best news that he'd located them on the mezzanine level with the tents etc.
Great customer service by this young man. A credit to your company.

Ryan was very helpful and accommodating a joy to shop with made our experience super easy we will definitely look out for him when we come back

Visited the store today to exchange some trousers that I didn’t have the receipt for. Becky and the staff were super helpful retrieving my transaction and even reserving goods for me at another store. Excellent service despite me being an admin nightmare

Becky went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Friendly, professional and did everything she could to solve our problem.

We had an issue with a purchase which was quickly resolved by Ryan who put our mind at ease instantly and allowed us to continue our camping trip, customer services on the phone advised us to attend a store, we called Liverpool and Ryan advised us our best options and assisted us once we arrived at the store. Have always used Go Outdoors and will continue to do so especially after such great customer service.

The salesperson who helped me choose my tent today 15/06/26 was such a nice person and extremely helpful, he was very patient with me and couldn't do enough, I didn't get his name, he worked upstairs by all the tents

Would like to thank Morgan and Jenny at Bootle store for their excellent service. So helpful and friendly. Morgan helped us chose the right tent for our needs, a Berghaus 7, he also brought it to the till and to our car for us as it was so big and heavy. Thank you again from R&G Lundon.

Excellent customer service from Laura on the online returns desk. She was very professional and helpful sorting out an issue for us.

Lovely service at the till, coat was priced at £49 but came through as £69! Luckily the lovely lady at the till had this amended for me.

Only down side is the mess round the equestrian section made it especially hard to walk down the aisles as the boxes and general rubbish and chairs were dumped in any open space.

Thank you to Becky and Jenny for being so helpful looking for a sale item which saved us a lot of money!

She made sure she informed us of the deals on offer and even put our heavy good behind reception whilst we continued our shopping.
