Outstanding service with a smile

Maria spent at least 45 minutes finding the right pair of walking shoes to accommodate my broad foot, ensuring a comfortable fit. She made lots of suggestions about fitting the shoe and making adjustments to the lacing. And she brought out many different options for me to try. So smiley and helpful!

Shop open but can’t buy anything??

Went to go to have a look at purchasing a new jacket and other bits of gear for an upcoming hike to see areas of the shop taped off to customers?? Asked why I could not have a look and got a response of sorry we are stocktaking?? Come back tomorrow?? What!! Never known this in my years of shopping with GoOutdoors. Will take my business elsewhere.

Helpful staff

Lee very helpful. Understood what I wanted and sorted it. Spoke to some other staff who were also very helpful showing good knowledge and gave good advice/guidance in suitability of items.

Helpful friendly staff, great instore experience

Recently bought some Peter Storm trainers which unfortunately had a defect with the glue failing at the front of the trainer. Staff were extremely helpful in exchanging the faulty goods and I bought replacement trainers, boots and a shirt whilst in the store. The store is large, well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very professional in dealing with issues and resolving them.

Go Outdoors Is definitely worth a visit

Go Outdoors Nottingham was a very pleasant surprise as it's the first time I have been and was more spacious inside than it looked from the outside . The staff were very friendly,polite and helpful when needed...
A huge range of clothes,footwear and other goods at exceptional prices...
I would definitely go back and shop there again...
Well done to every employee that works there..

Generally buy fishing stuff, but recently the store at Nottingham seems to be always low of stock.

Terrible customer service

We went exploring in the store then found the fishing section. We needed a new rod so I was asking or at least trying to ask some questions. These two boys in the department looked like they would rather be doing anything else. They were rude, dismissive and one even rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question. TERRIBLE, customer service.

Really friendly and pro at the same time

I had an issue to put the voucher code during my order for a click and collect. They did it on live at the shop with no hesitation. Thank you very much

Woven belt on a pair of shorts coming apart.

I had bought a pair of walking shorts recently and after a while I noticed after a while the woven belt that came with the shorts was becoming un woven. The staff were very helpful in searching for a replacement belt. Which was done. Brilliant service.

Having never been into Go Outdoors i…

Having never been into Go Outdoors i wasn't familiar withe the system of a 'Member', or indeed about outdoor clothing.
I was helped to choose some clothing by Jenny and then Maria who did not rush me and found their advice invaluable and very pleasant, far better than trying to do this online. Well Done !! Go Outdoors.

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service. Helpful across the store and at checkout I was delighted that by accepting the offer of a go outdoors card it saved £70 from my bill! Full marks to go outdoors in Nottingham!
