Lorna was so helpful!

Lorna was so helpful as I selected a rain jacket! She made good suggestions and helped me find just the right size for my needs. I always enjoy shopping at Go Outdoors as the products are good quality and the staff are helpful. Thanks, Lorna, for making this another good Go Outdoors shopping experience!

Great customer service

Had ordered online but order hadn’t arrived after 7 days and not in time for my sons trip to Snowden so pop into the Southport store, Lorna was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for gloves which they didn’t have on the shop floor the team went above and beyond to look in the storeroom for me and find them. Great customer service.

Salomon Quest boots

Bought Salomon Quest boots to replace a very old pair of Scarpas. Ben gave great advice re sizing and what to watch for re comfort, as I have suffered from blisters in the past, which has always put me off hiking. Used them at the weekend for a 13 mile hike - no soreness and no blisters! Winner!

Needed to purchase a new watch so visited the Southport store. I was told the company had withdrawn the sale of watches and customers must go online.
Megan was very helpful both finding a suitable watch and doing the ordering for me.

Amazing

Visited the Southport branch today as I wanted some camping chairs. Ben was fantastic. Went above and beyond to give an excellent service. Ben was super professional, knowledgeable and all in all a credit to your company.

Helpful and friendly service

Sam served me and was very helpful and friendly whilst I selected my Berghaus Goretex jacket.
My first purchase from Go Outdoors and I'm sure to be back.

Megan was very professional when dealing with my query. Repeatedly seeking product availability within shop and in warehouse.

Recommended contact the maker directly as the sandel was not available within Go Outdoors.

I left the store feeling a valued customer.

Great help with a lot of firsts

First time joining Go outdoors, first on-line order, peculiarities of wet suit sizing. Ste and Lorna at Southport store were brilliant at helping me navigate all of that and apply my discount card. Great people great service off to try out the suit.....

Rory at Southport Go Outdoors

I purchased a perfect pair of walking boots from Rory in Go Outdoors the Southport branch. He was extremely helpful kind & generous with his time as I had never bought walking boots before so had little knowledge of what I was looking for and what would be best for me. But he asked lots of questions and he brought me the best ones for me. Since then I’ve been on lots of walks & they are now fully broken in and I confess they are the most comfortable set of footwear I own. So Thank You Rory, oh PS the Peter storm socks work a treat too. Kindest Regards and many Thanks.

Great experience

I was served by Lorna today she was extremely helpful with my purchase and we had a chat about grandchildren as I’d purchased two kids camping chairs for them! She also informed me about ordering on line or in the shop and I also became a member
