Excellent customer service

I bought some new walking shoes and I have awkward feet so it isn't straightforward! The staff, Penny & Steve, were friendly and helpful and really took the time to help find the right pair for me. Penny in particular spent a lot of time searching out possible pairs of shoes and was very patient. She made it an enjoyable experience!

Staff are great

I was served by Andy who was very helpful and knowledgeable about selecting suitable walking shoes to suit my requirements. The only negative thing is that the lift is broken meaning that I had to leave my wife, who uses a wheelchair, downstairs whilst I went to the footwear department.

DoE equipment for my son

Went for some equipment for my sons DoE, excellent advice (backpack and mattress in particular), which is not so common these days, and friendly service from a number of staff.

Great service at Fox Valley branch

Went into the Fox Valley branch at Stockbridge looking for rucksacks. Got great service from Penny and Lauren and found exactly what I needed. Thanks again 👍🏻
