Great store and friendly staff

At the lakeside branch I was met by David H, who helped me purchase a pair of hiking boots and insoles. I wanted to take the time out to mention about the two instances that David has helped me. This weekend being the latest time, I found David consistently patient, informative and very helpful in aiding me in choosing items I needed to purchase. With his pleasant manner and professionalism it makes it a pleasure to shop at GO Outdoors, Many thanks.

Grabbed lots of the 25p bags of crisps and had brilliant service at the tills from Lucy and jazmin.

Charlton in the Thurrock branch was fantastic, so knowledgeable and didn’t rush us to make a decision. He spent time going through all the options with us and we didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Charlton

Charlton Thank you for your maintaining am preparing for the extra parts the bike does run smoothly, but there is a slight clicking noise on the gear changing ( chain) which can be fixed next time I'll pop it. Overall I am pleased.

I came in to purchase some new walking boots a couple of weekends ago, David H approached me within a few minutes of me arriving and showed a brilliant level of knowledge & understanding of the products. Not to mentioned he provided great advice on which insole would be best for the particular boot I was interested in. Fantastic customer service and a credit to the company. Merry Christmas David!

I called the lakeside store this morning about a few different items to check stock levels. Lucy was patient and efficient in telling me which items the store had. When I came into the store she served me with a smile. 10/10 service. I will be back
