Great experience in store looking for hiking boots. Tina was a fantastic help - very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. She found great options for both my mum and I. Kelly was also very helpful and friendly at checkout. Many thanks.

Kelly at Lakeside was more than helpful answered some awkward queries and was very pleaseant with smiles the whole time.

I went to buy a new sleeping bag. Harvey was very helpful, polite and diligent in helping me make the right choice. Seamless service!

We went to buy an electric bike and having no idea what to look for. We were assisted by Harvey, a very helpful young man. He ehlped us make a decision.

I was looking for new hiking boots to carry on bagging Munros in Scotland. I asked for a bit of help and Tina was amazing. She gave me great advice on type, material and maintaining a quality boot. She readily help get a selection for me to try on, was patient and attentive whilst serving other customers. Thank you Tina for listening, answering my questions and finding me a great pair of boots.

The Thurrock store had a great range of rucksacks in stock, each model being displayed fully packed with the empty ones for sale behind. I found one that I'm really pleased with. Kelly on checkout was really friendly and helpful. I needed help choosing a raincover for the rucksack and she called for an assistant who was there immediately. Again I got just what I wanted. You cannot beat shopping instore for this sort of thing and GoOutdoors Thurrock was great for service and price.

Top was delivered to store quickly but I was still being told to collect it for a number of days after I had collected it.

Kelly greeted me as walk over to counter immediately, as always I turned up unorganized can't find order numbers, can't find right text. She was calm and worked her way through my orders, pointed out I cancelled one order but it turned up to store, Kelly dealt with the order needing cancellation, then my return and found my order that I couldn't find the order number for. She was calm and knew what she was doing.

Always friendly staff.

I brought some walking boots. It was the first ime I have shopped in go outdoors and found the assistant to be very knowledgeable and helpful
