Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We really do appreciate it and utilise your comments to make improvements to the service offered to our customers.

From looking into this further we can see that your items were in stock and ready for collection. However, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready. The order was therefore cancelled and refunded when it was not collected within the expected timeframe. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are pleased to hear that you were able to purchase the wanted items during your visit to the store.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. All the feedback we receive is important to us and your comments will be raised with the relevant departments for improvements to be made.

Your order has been reviewed and we can see that that you have been in contact with our customer care team who have advised that on this occasion the some of the items ordered have been cancelled due to a stock error. While we strive to ensure our website and stock file reflect accurate stock availability, occasionally discrepancies can occur and we apologise that your order has been affected by this.
