GO Outdoors - Worcester (Express) レビュー

I was served by Shirley who could not have been more helpful. She was very well informed and nothing was too much trouble.

Received really good, attentive customer help with buying new dog walking boots. Thank you Sim-great experience and such friendly service. We will come again!

I went in on Thursday 19/02/26. I was greeted politely at the door then left to browse without being hassled. When I needed help I asked for and received it from a sales assistant called Shirley, the same lady at the door. There was a members' sale on and she explained it all without being over effusive. She is a credit to the store.

Really helpful and pleasant service from Shirley (S2592) when I was looking at the different types of non-slip grippers for shoes. I was clueless about them, so she took time to explain the difference between them, show me how each worked, and helped find the most suitable pair. Really lovely to find staff like Shirley, will definitely visit again due to this excellent service.

Great service. Shirley @Worcs 2592 was extremely helpful when I was looking to buy new walking boots.

Excellent and informative sales assistant, Paul, who told us everything we needed to know about D of E equipment.

Nicola and Daisy are very knowledgeable about the products, helpful and a level of customer service which is often missing from the high street.

Paul was really knowledgeable and really took time to explain the pros/cons/features of the backpacks we were looking at. He gave us the confidence to make a sound purchase.

I visited to look for hiking boots. There was a good range of around 70 mens boots covering a wide price range. Lian was helpful in finding the sizes I wanted to try for a number of different styles. I spent some time trying them on, and after trying some half sizes, settled on some really good Meindl boots. Good quality products and efficient, no-nonsense service.

Very helpful store assistant Shirley at Worcester store. Will definitely purchase there again.

Great service and great options. Lian was very helpful in finding the stuff we needed. Highly recommend.

We were having a look around and noticed the member prices. We asked how they worked and the lovely young lady explained clearly. We bought a coat and were served by a lovely lady called Shirley@worcs 2592, she advised us on the care and washing instructions, Shirley was very helpful and polite.

I was looking for replacement boots for summer walking in the Alps.

The "sale" signs persuaded me to go inside the shop and have a look.

The ladies boots section of the shop was clearly labelled and the boots were informatively displayed telling me their main characteristics and current prices. I was pleased to see good quality boots by Merell, Salomon, Berghaus and other makes selling at very competitive prices.

The sales assistant, Shirley, was very pleasant, and spent a long time with me as I tried various boots on. She told me how various boots were made and how I should take care of them. She compared the materials used in the different boots and carefully checked the fit of those I tried on
She was not "pushing a sale" at all. She just knew the boots very well.

I have bought boots from Shirley before and will do so again.
I would give her a full 5 star rating.

Shirley in your Worcester branch, was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble in her efforts to find us what we needed - two pairs of walking boots and one pair of wellies. She was patient, resourceful and very knowledgeable. What a refreshing change to find such great customer service these days!

Shopped here again today served by Shirley@worcs/store2592
It was lovely to get someone with such good customer service skills 👏👏 thank you Shirley .

Danny was very helpful and gave me good advice. I’ll definitely shop there again! 😁

I visited Worcester store today.
Shirley was very friendly, extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the products & helped me chose a jacket.

Shirley was so helpful, I have shopped here before and she is always helpful and happy.

As a Customer Service professional consultant with over 40 years experience it is (unfortunately) rare these days to come across two excellent service providers like Lian and Shirley in the Worcester store.
Lian was very warm and welcoming and helped me find the product I was looking for and then Shirley took over. She was very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and, despite my reticence, 'sold me' on joining the benefits scheme.
Despite working in retail for many years she retains her motivation and enthisiasm to underpin her other attributes so she is exemplary and a credit to the business.
Well done Lian and Shirley - you're achieving service excellence - effortlesly it seems. Please keep it up

Shirley@2592 Worcester served me in relation to the purchase of a pair of outdoor walking shoes. Shirley was very friendly, attentive and professional with regard to the products and nothing was too much trouble. Shirley is a credit to your company.
