Coupon price is good although it seems like a matter of luck as to which one you land on. Alignment tools do not work, site would be much better if this worked and if you could modify horizontal and vertical independently,

Bait and switch promotion. Offered 500 cards for $8.50 and once you go to check out it applies a 30% of coupon that blocks you from adding the promo code BC500

I am extremely disappointed with GotPrint's quality control and their refusal to take responsibility for a botched order. I ordered branded business cards and postcards, and the results were completely unprofessional.

The Issues:

1. Manufacturing Defects: The items arrived with visible white slivers along the top edges due to poor mechanical trimming.

2. Severe Color Mismatch: Despite being part of the same brand kit, the colors between the postcards and business cards do not match at all.

3. Logistical Failure: I discovered that GotPrint split my order between two different printing facilities. Printing the same brand colors at separate locations without calibration is a recipe for inconsistency, yet they are blaming my "design files" for this logistical error.

The Support Experience:

Instead of a refund for these unusable products, they have repeatedly tried to force a "Store Credit" on me. I have no interest in store credit for a company that cannot guarantee basic color consistency or professional trimming. Their customer service team has now stopped responding to my specific points about their production errors.

Bottom Line:

If you care about your brand identity and color consistency, stay away. They will deliver a defective product and then hold your money hostage with store credit offers. I am now forced to initiate a credit card chargeback to get my money back.

Proof assistance. chat with designer would have made the process easier. Coupons validity, 24hr limit is difficult to adhere to if you are working on a project.

I am updating my review for the second time, I apparently was lied to 3 times, and on good faith I changed my original negative review to a positive one but now it's back to negative - each time I checked on my order, they kept telling me to be patient UPS had to hand it off to USPS, UPS still says they have never received my order AND I have talked with them personally. Then a miracle, USPS advised me in an email this morning, nearly three weeks after I placed my order that someone (hmmm wonder who) generated a label from Dallas TX. Well I am not expecting anything from Dallas other than these business cards so obviously my order must have fell on the floor and they just found it, and they have been lying for 3 weeks. Shameful way to do business, I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

easy to use, great pricing

The online designer made it easy and simple to create my business card and then duplicate it for each of my full time employees.

They are unable to help with simple questions, both in their chat option and customer service replies. I was using THEIR design form for a simple one-sided card(not anything I had uploaded or submitted pictures for), and they couldn't tell me if their random triangle logo would not print on my final product, or how to remove it from the proof. I could not find a way to delete it just to see my entire design! They wasted alot of my time asking for help and then informed me they couldn't answer my question until AFTER I actually placed the order and paid for it.

I placed an order for custom envelopes for a client on Gotprint.com with a delivery date in early March. I opted for rush shipping. I approved the proof within an hour of getting it. I went to check on the order a few days later and they had pushed out the shipping date 5 days without contacting me. It would arrive too late for my client. So I called to get a refund and they would only give me the shipping cost back. They blew my deadline, didn’t tell me, and wouldn’t refund the cost of the job. I’m a professional designer. I’ll never use them again.

UPDATE : One day after I posted this review (over a month after I placed the order) I received a full refund.

Ease of use, shipping options, great quality. As a Book & Publishing Consultant, I buy bookmarks for my book clients after their book is published. My clients love them!

There wasn't a tutorial on how to remove certain things. I couldn't get rid of this redline that was in the way. All the text box overlapped and it was hard to get things centered.

I like that the free sample kits are actually freee!

Also so simple. everything is laid out to easily understand and feel in control of what you're creating.
