Self-publishing tool was super easy to use.

Ordered January 4 2026. Today is March 19, 2026. Simple business card. Haven't received order yet. Called there customer service 8 times with the same answer. "It's been shipped " ups tracking show waiting for package since February 1,2026.
Won't do business with them ever again.

Had an issue with my order, was unable to resolve it with Customer service.

Apparently only a specific department can fix the issue, and getting a hold of them is a hassle for busy people.

Very disappointed that I had to cancel my order and go with a different company.

Shouldn't have to call to press a "retry payment" button.

Best printing company with the BEST prices.

2 day shipping selected but estimated delivery is Thursday or Friday. That's 4 days not 2 days and yet it charged extra. Disappointing.

The file uploading was challenging. Was not sure if I got that correct.

I was unable to change the font type through out the process, so I had to use the automated choice of "Arial" and I didn't care for that. Please consider making the option changable. It is presented as if you can change it , but the drop box never comes down to choose different options.

The process online is easy and the quality of the samples are great.

I got free shipping. I also had my last order design saved so it was easy to just choose that one however that last one I ordered didn't have the discounted shipping so I had to redesign it to get free shipping. I wish the discount would automatically be applied to the last order when I tried to order it this time. I don't know why I had to redesign it to get the free shipping. I'm happy I got free shipping in the end though.

GotPrint.com has a very easy online ordering tool. They provide templates for all of their products and you can see your proofs before they go to print. The quality of the printed items is great and the prices are fantastic.

This was my first time ordering with Gotprint.com, it was highly recommended to me by a friend. The website was clean and organized, which I liked. However the website kept asking me for a code, which was a little frustrating. While fitting my design to the safe parameters, the process was a more manual then I would have liked, even hitting the button of fit to scale my design went way off and I had to manually adjust the design to fit correctly. Also because it was my first time ordering with this company I was trying to use the coupon code of " NEWNEW26" upon check out it stated my order didn't qualify with no explanation as to why. When I contacted the customer service, they told me to place the order and then they would ask their manager to give me a credit, but the credit was not guaranteed it was up to the discretion of the manager. Of Course, this being the first time working with GotPrint.com I was not comfortable with that option. I ended up figuring out another way to get a good discount working around the "NEWNEW26" coupon. I am a big Stickler for great customer service regardless of the industry and the customer service person I spoke to almost made me take my business elsewhere. The lady was pressuring and did not ease me worry to just blindly trust her. It was starting to feel scammy. I called my friend and they insured me your website was a legitimate one. So i started looking for a better way to get my discount and check out with out customer service. I am very tech savvy so that part was not difficult but another person might not find a solution to this problem.
