I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s shipping practices. I was charged $17.78 for “economy” shipping on a very small package of labels, assuming it would at least be handled professionally. Instead of using UPS (which they used on my first order without issue), they switched to USPS — and the package was sent without a return address. My customer has a Restaurant business and they don't have a mailbox there. Postal service from what I now understand only delivers to their PO box.

As a result, the shipment has been looping between facilities for days actually since February 20th and is now effectively lost in transit.

It didn't matter I try to talk to a manager, at one point they said a supervisor was going to call me and never did.

This was an order for my customer, and their shipping mistake reflects directly on my business. Charging nearly $18 for economy shipping and then failing to include basic shipping information is unacceptable and careless.

I cannot recommend a company that cuts corners on fulfillment while still charging premium shipping rates.

Love GotPrint, they're the best quality, customer service, and pricing around! Our brand prints a lot, and we always trust GotPrint!

Very easy to quickly find what I need, be it poster, postcard, or other. Very easy and intuitive interface to select feautres and size,a nd upload images.

I would have given 5 stars had they got my order to me. They DID refund after wanting to give me store credit. This was my first order, and if they couldn't execute it properly I wasn't risking placing another for the same thing to happen. They said the order was lost, but it never moved from the preshipment status. From a customer perspective, it never left their facility. The deception on this by passing the buck to the shipper and trying to force me into store credit is why they got 3 stars.

Your chat recommended I call. The person who helped me was courteous and competent.

So far so good. Can't wait to see the final product.

Fast, easy and cheap

I appreciate how informative your site is about the different types of paper, how easy it was to upload my print file, and how clear all the specs for doing so were! Assuming my prints turn out well, this is an excellent printing service for a great price!

took me 2 phucking hours. I used YOUR template and everything was too small, so I had to restart.

I have been ordering from Got Print for years and am done. Have had issues with the colors. Now it's shipping. Ordered 250 business cards on 2-2-26. Should arrive by 2-26-26. 24 days? People, shop local like Office Max. You won't have to wait 3 weeks for your order.

I've been using gotprint for many years, and their products are always great quality at value pricing. The website is easy to use, reorders are a snap, and I usually receive my orders earlier than expected.

I didn't like how you could only use the corners to adjust the picture and not the middle and sides.. that is hard.

Absolutely ridiculous and crazy shipping costs. Been a customer for over 10 years. Added to the cart 20 signs only to be charged DOUBLE the amount of the signs just for shipping. Unacceptable. Any company would put the signs weight together as one order in a bundle to figure out real shipping. Instead, they wanted to charge each individual separate shipping costs. The person who said he was a "supervisor" did not even move his finger to figure out or "try" to find out if they would be able to do that. More like how quickly could he spew out his limited canned knowledge and get off the phone back to scrolling on his mobile or whatever he was doing; sure wasn't to be "bothered" by a customer of over 10 years, lol. We simply had to go with another full color printing vendor who actually took the order as an important order and work with us, not just spout out canned responses. I "might" consider Got Print next order. I might not.
