The shipping was way to expensive
The shipping was way to expensive. If I had not spent over an hour designing the product I would have canceled. I will not be using them again because of shipping price. Shipping was 44.86 and product was only 72.00

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They got the print wrong, customer service refused to work with me to fix and get it right the second time I placed an order. They placed watermarks on top of my design and refused to remove them. They also only gave proofs that were locked which meant I couldn't test them in illustrator or another application. Absolutely, the worst printing experience I have ever had.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
i reached out to you regarding my order and account. i still have no response. it's been 3 days. I almost ordered from someone else who was $20 cheaper. This is so sad, being that i ONLY order through you all.

Customized mugs
I recently ordered customized mugs from here for the first time. There was a small bump in the road after I placed the order, but when I spoke with someone at the company, it was quickly resolved. Production was fast, and my order arrived within days. I am very pleased with the final product.

Missing product every time
My first order i ordered 4 of their business cards at 100 of each. While the quality was good, when I received them I found that 3 of them were missing 25 cards each. That's nearly 25% of my order missing. I only received $22 in store credit. I used that to place a second order. This time I ordered 50 postcards. When I received them, again quality was fine, but I only received 40. It's beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional that this is a repeat issue.

Website is easy to use and quality seems good
Website is easy to use and I feel good about my purchase. Only issue I have is that I had a discount and by the time I checked out the discount was removed. I don't love that. :/
