They have fallen off
I had been ordering from this company since at least prior to 2011.
I don't know if they were bought out, or have just grown beyond their means, but recently they have seen incredible drops in both quality and service. I am just going to bite the bullet, find a good printer, and get it done right. I am done being let down by GotPrint.

Awesome and Fast Service Always!
We order business cards from them several times a month for our realtors, and they never disappoint. We've only ever had to make two requests for reprints, and they're always helpful. That's another thing, they're always fast and reliable. We have also ordered folders and postcards from them: very affordable, and treat their repeat customers amazing!

#1 the first set of business cards I received was printed crooked and cut poorly. They gave me credit for replacements, and I placed another order. 2 days later I checked my order status, and it stated it shipped. 1 week later I tracked via UPS and UPS says they are still waiting to receive the shipment. Now, it's been over 3 weeks, and UPS still says it hasn't received the shipment. No package from Kentucky to Michigan takes this long, especially when you pay over 9 dollars for a package under 10 ounces. Total bad business.
