The website was mostly okay. It was a bit slow to update, when moving a proof for a business card to the cart, it took several minutes to do so. At first, I thought it had not sent my order to the cart and did the entire process to resend it. Then I had two orders in my cart!
Additionally, your design software is miles behind other sites. The editing had no snap or line up features, the eye dropper tool for color picking straight up did not work, the templates could not be modified due to the previous two concerns and other "little" things, and your choice of "shapes" and "images" is abysmally small.
I came here from the recommendation of a friend, who said that the print quality is quite good for the pricing. I really hope so since I had to design my product on separate software and upload it to the website.

The inner side of the holiday cards had smudges on ALL of them. It's where I would write my name/signature. It looked soooo dirty. The front/cover also had blotches on 18 cards. I cannot use them and mail them to our clients; it's so unprofessional and unappreciative. I cannot believe they allowed the cards to pass the quality check. The whole thing ended up in the bin after GotPrint agreed to refund me for the holiday cards instead of re-printing them or store credit. I'm too disappointed with their service. Why would I bother using their service again?
I ordered three different cards; the other two sets had some quality issues as well (blotches), but since the quantity is small, I didn't bother to raise an issue with them. I still can't believe it passed their quality check. My order got sent to 2 printing locations: CA and TX.
The cards were printed by the CA location, while the envelopes were printed by the TX location.
The envelopes didn't have smudges or blotches, but the color looks a bit dull. I'm comparing the color based on the labeled envelope that I already have.
Overall, the print quality for the price is what it is. I have used other printing vendors (local), and for slightly more, I would rather spend my money with them.
The only reason I used GotPrint is that my designer recommended their service. I was just being respectful to my designer. She doesn't know I had asked a different vendor to reprint all 3 sets after experiencing a quality issue. I had to ask for a rush job since I needed the holiday cards ASAP.
I received the reprint from my usual vendor, and they didn't charge me for rush service. What a difference! No blotches, no smudges, and the color looks vibrant. All 3 cards and their envelopes look great!!!

Another great product from GOtPrint. This time: 1000 mini-menus. We didn't;t use them as menus, we used them to create a political info piece. Lots of color and art, everything done perfectly, Plus fair price and excellent turnaround time despite it being a holiday period. Thanks!

What a screwed up way to do ecommerce. Christmas gifts impacted. 1 email lost in spam caused me to not be able to get gifts I was planning to give my team despite having paid $123 for shipping 30 coffee cups. Abysmal. They were UNWILLING to expedite production and UNWILLING to expedite shipping What a freaking awful way to do business. Apparently you have to assume the first time you order with them they will hold up the order until you call on the phone. That is the stupidest way to do ecommerce I have ever seen.

Price changed and went up $100 while uploading when I made NO changes on the customers arts or options on quality. I was getting folders and was on a while making sure I got the folder/bleed/margins right. The entire time all my options where quoted at $515. So I get approval from my client via text. Let me add before I continue I actually have physical proof of this totally coincidentally - because when I uploaded the artwork there was a red caution/error on the uploaded file, I clicked on it it said it should be CMYK.
So I opened the file info on the file and it showed it was indeed already CMYK so I took a screenshot of my screen so I had proof I sent it in CMYK, and you can see my entire order next to the file info - AT $515 (before shipping), so I go to check out and the site goes blank and shows nothing in cart, I do it again EXACTLY the same options and now its $615! What a scam-ish technique! I was trying to get a new supplier (I use folders.com usually) and what a waste of time this was. At first I thought I could save $125 but now not worth it, especially with this kind of unethical 'bait & switch' they are using.
Plus now I cant text the client and say it's $100 more than my quote a few minutes ago, they would think I'm ripping them off and its unprofessional. This has NEVER happen to me with Folders.com or even with VistaPrint. BEWARE.

I am accustomed to Photoshop so the process in formatting the front and back of the bookmarks was very frustrating. You can't see what you're doing as you do it. There's a lot of trial and error required. Otherwise, the site was very friendly and easy to use.

Your system is not very user friendly. I made a 4X6 image and it would not except it. kept saying it didnt go to the edge which is a bunch of crap. Then fixing it was a pain in the ass. My wife tried to make this order and could not do it so I had to take time out of my life to do the job she was supposed to do. I would work on making this more user friendly.

I am severely disappointed in this company but not surprised. I used them earlier this year and I liked their quality. This cyber Monday , they have a 20% off sale only to find out that its not really a 20% off sale, they simply tack on the percentage lost in their shipping and handling. When I spoke to customer service, they tried to gaslight me into saying that they always charge for shipping when that isn't true and I have receipts. Be aware that this is just another profits or over people corporation. You want receipts, I have them, you can hit me up my name isn't common. You can put one and two together.

I discovered this company a couple years ago for printing Christmas cards at such an affordable price. I just make my own design and then upload it and order the 5x7 postcards! I love that I don't have to worry about who I can and can't send a card to because of price. They are so reasonable and have great customer service too.
