I discovered this company a couple years ago for printing Christmas cards at such an affordable price. I just make my own design and then upload it and order the 5x7 postcards! I love that I don't have to worry about who I can and can't send a card to because of price. They are so reasonable and have great customer service too.

untrue shipping description
your low rate shipping option said like 2-6 business days, but said i could expect delivery up to 3 weeks later, which would be too late for my event. So i had to spend 3 times the money to actually get my product in time, even though i should have only had to purchase the low package, according to what it was described as.

They suck like Joe Biden on an ice cream cone
The cards this place sold me have white area left all around the borders . They aren’t even cut to square . The shipping is also a gimmick. Unless you agree to pay 80$ for 7day shipping. You may are may not receive your order within 3weeks . Save your time and throw your money in the trash. This place sucks like Joe Biden on an ice cream cone.

Website was easy to navigate and upload/modify my designs.
The only thing I would recommend is having mock images of products as they would appear printed. Example: I ordered an acrylic sign, and I would have liked to have seen an image of the prototype. Other websites like Zazzle and Vista Print do this, and it's a really nice feature. But they definitely can't beat GotPrint.com pricing.

Worst customer service
Very poor customer service. Person had absolutely no sense. Refused to print our poster despite it clearly coming from the company - I can't create a fake company email. I wouldn't use this company ever!

The hassle in the end was not worth it for me to complete my order
I'm changing my review to one star after working with their customer service. I submitted graphics that didn't work, and as I was busy I was not able to take their phone calls. All I wanted was for them to communicate with me for email but they kept wanting a phone call. I know I didn't submit the proper graphic originally, however the hassle in the end about how to get a simple mouse pad printed with my company logo is not worth it.
It was disappointing to go through the entire order process and be ready to check out, to only then be made to make an account to check out. All I needed was one mousepad, not a full account and all the effort it takes to make one. Otherwise, the process to build the mousepad was very easy and the price very affordable.

Too many issues
I had to call to get my password changed as my account had to be unlocked. Then the site kept shutting down/timing out. I have never had these problems before. I wanted to place my order yesterday, but couldn't get in and didn't have time to call for help. So today I paid extra to try and get the materials faster.
