Bought a car which I got told would be ready on the 20th Dec after an MOT, got a text saying the battery was dead (good start) and the new date to pick up due to christmas and my own plans would have to be the 27th December.

We part exchanged another car which was all fine on the day - the issue arises from it being nearly 4 weeks later and we're STILL waiting on the finance on that car to be settled. I've rang maybe 6/7 times about this and I just get told they'll ring their accounts and then ring me back. I have had zero phone calls back.

Rang again today in which they said it will be paid on the 22nd Jan with a bit of a condescending tone that it takes 28 days to clear - even though we know it takes 72 hours due to past experiences.

The cherry on top is that the car has been on sale on their website for 3 weeks as well without the initial finance being settled, which I'm not even sure is legal.

Alex was a true gent. Polite,professional efficient. Alex at greenlight motors was brilliant at securing me my new car. The finance process was smooth with no complications. The car was prepared to a outstanding standard. I will definitely be coming back for my next car

Shuayb handled my car purchase from start to finish , went out his way to get me the best deal possible , his customer care is perfection . I would recommend dealing with this man again 100%

Absolutely amazed by the quick,efficient and professional service I received from Greenlight motors and more specifically from Alex. He kept me updated from the minute the sale went through in regards to where the car was up to in the prep process. On handover day the car was prepared to almost new standard and the paperwork was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again to all the staff involved and Alex one more time!!!

First car from Greenlight motors, Shuayb was very helpful and patient, contacted me through whatsapp which was easier for me, kept me up to date with every step and managed to get the car delivered the next day for a reasonable price I thought

I don’t know who’s giving them these many stars but the reality is they have the worst customer service ever. They have problematic cars that they will try to sell you their sales team will show you that oh yes, if there’s any issue, I will be there, blah blah blah but nobody will be there when there is actually an issue and if you tried to call them that you have this issue with the Car they will basically be rude so where are you? Abuse you? I still won’t fix the problem so you have to go to Garage’s in order to get everything sorted and not get paid for that as well so I don’t know if there’s any lawyer who can help me with it but I will definitely want to make them realise how they should treat their customers but a car which was faulty and then been several months and I’m chasing them to sort my issue with the customer care guys they are very very rude. They order you to do whatever you have to do to get your issue resolved, otherwise they won’t do anything. They threaten you. You wanna resolve this issue issue or not so won’t recommend it at all.

Now we buy our 6th Car from Greenlight Motors. Wont go any where else for the Level of respect and courtesy we recieved from these guys. Especially Chris The Sales Manager . Thank you agaon guys

Alex and chris were brilliant. This is my 5th car from greenlight motors and by far the best one yet. The service i receive each and every time is second to none (hence why I keep coming back) if you're looking for a new car deffo give these guys a short.

Stay away its all just terrible service they push you to sign then when you realise just how much damage there is they won't fix it. They are very unpleasant and unprofessional. No inspection before collection its just terrible service.

The delivery process of the finance car was smooth but I had problems with them paying referrals bonus for referrals I made for them.
After over 6moths chasing referrals payments I have not been paid . The customer care team are not as responsive and reliable as expected

Purchased a Volvo XC60 through this dealer. Worst dealer I’ve had to deal with. Firstly car was said to be ready for collection at 3pm on Saturday 6/12/2025. Got there and didnt have it ready till almost 5pm. Then driving home the cars steering is awful. Constantly feel I’m fighting with it when turning. Possible power steering pump as allegedly the car had a new steering rack according to the paperwork so the dealer knew of the issue. Then today the service light came on. Even though apparently the car had been serviced. Rang the dealer today to get this sorted and not answering the phone. Safe to safe first thing in the morning I’ll be contacting the finance company and returning the car. Avoid

Got myself a Mercedes C220 ,was served by Rachel,very patient and kind young lady. Explained the process step by step .
Overall ,everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Clarice, who helped me acquire the finance, all the way the end,young were amazing .
