It was a great experience buying my ride from Greenlight Motors, I was treated like a king, the whole staff Team carried out there Job perfectly and professionally executed, there are no area to fault the team at all especially Zeeshan who turned all impossibility to be possible, I will always recommend them.

Don’t normally write reviews but the way green light looked after me when purchasing my new car was brilliant. A special thanks to Alex for sorting everything out for me and making the whole process of buying a new car stress free!

Having been let down by another garage for a similar car, I found Chris and his team first class, from initial call and discussion through to picking up the car. Really professional service and I would happily recommend Greenlight Motors. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever experienced.

Been left with a car thats unusable after day 2 of getting it have had greenlight WhatsApp messages to say they would fix it over 3 months still no repair turbo has gone both front suspension and top and bottom mounts and the rear brake is stuck on avoid this garage appalling customer service again AVOID THEM 100% AND I HAVE ALL THE MESSAGES TO PROVE IT

Never get a car from these people
They phoned us and said car was all ready for collection so we thought brill drove it home then everything started to go wrong with the car.
All this went wrong
1. Big oil leak
2. Clutch
3. Drive shaft
4. Every time we drove it the car started to bang and it was click clink click every time we did a right hand turn to pull away
Phoned them and they weren't interested so we have had to borrow money from family to get it all sorted and it's cost just ova 2grand and got all receipts to prove the works been done
So plz people stay away from these people

I purchased a Skoda from Greenlight Motors on 2 August and was immediately hit with the main dealer’s 600-mile “no start” lockdown thanks to a defective AdBlue tank. What followed was nothing short of a disaster:

- Agreed collection date came and went with zero contact from Greenlight
- Repeated phone calls and emails went unanswered until a formal letter of final action
- Greenlight finally approved my £1,300 Sparshatts repair but never released the same-day Faster Payment they’d promised
- To this day, the garage remains unpaid and I’m still without a car

This negligence has caused me severe distress and put my Royal Navy commitments at risk every weekend. No one in management has stepped up to resolve this. I’ve now filed formal complaints with the Financial Ombudsman Service and Trading Standards. If you value your time, sanity and ability to get where you need to go, do not touch Greenlight Motors with a barge pole.

Amazing Service from shan@green light motors, it was a very quick and easy process & shan managed to get the perfect car for me that was within my budget with delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone .

From first contact to driving away there was no pressure sales, gave time to inspect the car, roadtest until I was happy and struck a good deal in a very friendly manner.
Pleased with the car and would definately buy from again, and I have already recommended to a firend.
Reason for a 4* and not a 5*, I could have cleaned the car with a dirty rag better than it was cleaned and supposedly valeted, but other than that everything was spot on.
