So delighted with the work done on installing boiler, radiators etc that I invited them back to install a log burner and they didn't disappoint. Such a cheerful, polite and professional team. Work is done very efficiently and ( apart from a lovely log burner) you wouldn't know they'd been here. So pernickety about cleaning up they can do my housework any day. Excellent company,

I have always fount Groves Gas to be responsive and professional, Stan and the team have always given me a first class service, and i can highly recommend them.

Had a fireplace opened up for a new wood stove.

Chris and Dave were extremely professional and full of good ideas, often 2 totally different ideas! We decided to expose all the old stonework that was lurking behind. Very pleased with the end results.

Chris and Dave fitted a new woodburner and blocked a second chimney no longer in use. It was potentially a messy job. They were extremely tidy and considerate, did a very neat job and explained everything I needed to know about the new stove. Good banter too!

Have used Groves Gas for a few jobs: plumbing in a dishwasher, moving a hob, moving a radiator, and serving my boiler.

Couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work and attitude of the tradesmen. They are my go-to and I've recommended them to a number of friends who use them now too.

Had an issue with my boiler rang them at 4.55pm to see if they could send someone the next day as I thought it was too late ..but they said no we will send someone between then and 8pm Had a call then to say 15 minutes away. All fixed and sorted in just over an hour. amazing service .clean and efficient repair. brilliant value .Thank you very much !

New boiler fitted today and our company choice was spot on. Mike and Tom arrived and were a joy to have in the house. Explanations of everything they were doing were given to us to ensure we totally understood our new unit. When they left the house you would not have known that they had achieved so much work. I wanted to have a combi boiler installed in our 2-story house and was recommended Groves Gas by a happy customer/ friend. I knew we were in good hands from Stan's initial visit, where everything was possible and nothing was too much. The job was not a small one but Rhys and Tom made it look easy with their positive attitude and incredible energy. They were so polite and, again, their mantra 'no worries' was so reassuring each timer something needed to be done. My husband and I were so impressed with their work ethic and workmanship - with the bonus of them leaving everything vacuumed and clean! Thank you so much Tom and Rhys for a great job done.!

Broken boiler. Called the number which was answered straight away. The lady took my details and told me when to expect a call from an engineer (about 3pm) and that there would be a £65 call out charge. The engineer (Stan) duly called me and turned up at about 3pm with mask and gloves on. He quickly set to to work and diagnosed the problem (years of experience). Did the required maintenance and then completed safety checks. He said to call the office in about 30 mins to sort out the bill. I duly paid the £65 by card (the work done was covered by the call out charge) and was emailed a receipt, an invoice and a Gas Safe certificate.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Stanley Groves phoned me prior to the visit to advise he was on his way and the Boiler service was carried out ,certificate issued and easy invoice which is emailed and can be paid online after service has been provided.
