I had a great experience with my hair transplant, can’t thank Dr. Hamzah and his team enough for being so professional and very supportive through the whole procedure.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth with no pressure at all. Dr Hamza and his staff very helpful and pleasant through the whole day which made the procedure feel a lot better.
Definitely recommend!

Contacted Hair Dr, initially I called them and the man I spoke to sounded very helpful, asking me to send pics via email. I took pics and emailed them, I also used their telephone call back booking system to arrange a 30 mins telephone discussion for the morning after. All set, or so I thought. At the time of the pre-booked call back - no call received. Also, there had been no reply to the email I sent the day before. I waited a few hours and called them in the afternoon to explain what had happened (or not in this case). The lady who answered apologized and advised me that she would get someone to call me back asap. More than 24 hour later and nothing from them. There is current advice out there to be wary and suspicious of places that have lots of 5 star Reviews! UPDATE -a few weeks later they have replied to my bad review - dismissively - to say they have no record of treating me -well Duhh, that is the whole point - I never got to the point of becoming a patient as they totally ignored my email and call back request which was officially confirmed and scheduled to take place.

Came here for a hair transplant, from the beginning dr hamza made me feel at ease with the procedure. The girls, in particular Kiera, made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, providing me with snacks & drinks and always checking up on how I’m feeling.

I’m a few weeks post op from my Hair Transplant Procedure, so far everything has been more than i expected. Dr Hamza is very clear and very understanding. He was always there to answer my crazy “what if” questions i had on the day and helped me a lot with my nerves. He did nothing but make sure i was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and has continued to have follow up appointments with me, as my months to the final result progress.

I also would like to add, the team and the atmosphere all day was incredible and a special shout out to Georgia. She was the first face i saw in the morning and did nothing but make me feel assured. I was pretty nervous going in but she remained calm with me and again, answered any questions i had through out the day. 10/10 would recommend.

I came across Saw Hair Dr Clinic during my research and, seeing so many 5-star reviews, I did wonder if it was too good to be true.

From my first meeting with Dr Hamza, I was given an honest and realistic assessment of my hair. He didn’t sugar-coat anything, which I really respected and appreciated. Before the treatment, both Dr Hamza and Georgia took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the team of girls who worked on me were amazing. They kept me calm throughout and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I was very relaxed during the procedure, which made a big difference, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone involved.

I’m now in the aftercare stage, and Dr Hamza has been checking in daily, reassuring me and guiding me through the aftercare, which is strict but very easy to follow.

It’s not an easy decision or process to go through initially, but they really do make it as smooth and comfortable as possible. I’ll be leaving another review once I see the final results, but for now I’d highly recommend the clinic and say a big thank you to Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the whole team.

From my initial consultation through to the procedure and aftercare, the entire process was handled with the highest level of professionalism. I wanted to write this review to again repeat my heartfelt thanks to Dr Hamza and his amazing team at the Dr Hair Clinic in Beaconsfield and also hopefully, assist and guide anyone considering a FUE hair procedure or anything relating to hair loss issue, based on my personal experience and journey.

In considering a way forward exploring online clinics, I had found the whole market place a complete minefield of choices and related promises. In fact I had given up searching until by chance, out of the blue, a long time friend sent me a photo of himself after having the FUE procedure performed by Dr Hamza and his surgical team. He had decided to go ahead based on a referral by one of his friends who had the same procedure at the clinic.

Because of those glowing recommendations and results that had been achieved, seeing photos and my friend’s experience, which he explained to me in great detail, I telephoned the clinic and spoke directly to Dr Hamza who gave me more information. After the chat I arranged an appointment to go in for a face-to-face consultation.This was followed up by a WhatsApp series of very informative messages and relevant detailed information. On my consultation day I was greeted by a lovely lady at the entrance to the clinic. After I was warmly welcomed into the reception area, a few minutes later I was introduced to Dr Hamza’s and invited into his consulting room. In fact everyone I had seen or met during my visit were incredibly kind and friendly.

I can’t speak highly enough of the way Dr Hamza, the leading surgeon, conducted himself with a calm, considered and honest approach listening, taking into account my considerations at what I wanted to achieve and then what his realistic thoughts of what could be successfully achieve for me with a FUE procedure. His kind and expert approach explaining everything in a very understandable way illustrating the process with before and after examples of procedures that had been performed with similar hair loss to myself helped me to realistically evaluate a similar achievable outcome.

As part of this consultation Dr Hamza described in detail each step for the procedure and how it would progress throughout a full day at the clinic. I was to have 4,500 grafts completed over a morning and afternoon session with a short break for lunch.

A few weeks later with an early morning 7.00am start, I was warmly welcomed by Dr Hamza at the clinic to go through the final details of the day. Once this had been completed I was introduced to Dr Hamza’s surgical team who were amazing throughout the surgery who I can best describe as a group of very capable kind and professional team working together. My best analogy of them would be like an Olympic gold medal winning synchronised swimming team because of their skilful seamless working around the operating room. Thank you again Sophie, Jenna, Mia, Raquel, Sam and Laila.

After Dr Hamza had completed his surgical work on the donor grafts at the back of the head and surgical insertions for the top front recipient areas, he oversaw the ongoing work at regular intervals throughout the whole procedure.I was constantly reassured, made totally comfortable and aware of every part of the FUE procedure. Once everything was completed I was prepared by the team for my homeward journey. Bandages for the surgery area and some care instructions for the travel back home.

The final part of my day was to meet again with Dr Hamza who again explained the aftercare process in detail for me to do especially over the following 7 days and onwards. As well as a comprehensive medication pack which included a very easy to follow 7 day planner that showed everything that needed to be followed including the medication. As a memory prompt they even sent me a WhatsApp video explaining everything for reference.

Every one of the surgical team were highly professional and showed me such kindness and care through all of my time spent with them. Complete 100% attention to detail and very much appreciated. I am totally happy and looking forward to the future results.

Finally and once again a very special thanks to you Dr Hamza and your surgical team, also Zara for constantly updating me on WhatsApp plus the clinic support team (sorry not sure of everyones names that I met but bless you all).
