From my very first consultation to the day of the procedure, Dr Hamza was amazing. He explained everything clearly, made me feel confident and at ease, and genuinely cared about achieving the best result for me. The team of girls were also incredible — so kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process, and their positive energy really helped calm my nerves on the day.

Dr Hamza was exceptionally professional and approachable right from my first consultation. His attention to detail and the way he reassured me made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.

I can honestly say this is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I had been feeling really low about my hairline for a long time, but now I’m excited and looking forward to the next few months as it grows in.

What a fantastic experience I have had with The Hair Doctor Beaconsfield.
From the initial consultation to the treatment itself and then the post procedure after care, all of it has been FIVE STAR.
I had so many questions to begin with but each was answered so completely giving me such confidence to go ahead with the procedure. Dr. Hamza Ahmed is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He really made me feel at ease and I felt I was in very safe hands. Every single member of his staff that I came into contact with, were so kind and courteous, and made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire procedure. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The after care is second to none. Dr. Ahmed is in constant contact ensuring that the recovery process is going according to plan and the post-procedure planner that I was given has been extremely helpful. I cannot fault this company. If you are considering the procedure I can highly recommend them.

My consultation really explained what the process would be and outcome expected.
The day of the transplant went like clockwork with all the staff being very helpful, it's a long day but half of it is spent watching television.
It's been 2 weeks now since procedure, the aftercare has been great with Dr Hazma providing lots of support.
It's still early days but you can already see how my new hairline will look and I would thoroughly recommend the HairDr to anyone thinking of having it done.

From start to finish Dr Hamza and his team at The Hair Dr provided the Gold Standard of both customer service and medical care.

By Start I mean the initial consultation and Finish 18 days post-op; as of writing this; for context!

Here’s just three of the standouts for me.

• Constant support through the process - There were three in-person contacts with the clinic including the procedure; but the inclusion to a private WhatsApp chat ensured that you had somewhere to go with a question through the whole process and I mean the whole process. Direct contact from Consultation until… well, actually I’m still in contact with questions!
• Procedure day – First Class medical care with a professional and friendly team.
• The result so far – Whilst the whole process will take just over a year; it’s still great to see the new hair line minus the enormous bald spot!!!

Whilst I only mention three things, I’ve read a few of these reviews and fully support ALL of the positive feedback I’ve seen!

Great experience, doctor had a genuine care and wanted the best result possible for me from how many grafts, where the grafts are best to be placed all while keeping my donor area safe. I felt the care from doctor and team when it came to my hair, didn’t feel rushed in or rushed out just quality care plus after care they gave was 2nd to none. Even offered me to come back and wash my hair as they understood it can be a little worrying for me to do the first wash by myself. Excellent team also! A good friend recommended me and I would definitely recommend anybody that’s going for the procedure

From the 1st consultation meeting i knew this was the place for me. Thankfully I was right and on the day procedure went very well with no stress.

Almost 5 years after my hair transplant. Had 2 visits back for check ups in this time, which I asked for both times. In these visits I stressed my disappointment but was met with “ take the finasteride again “ or “ start minoxidil again “ even though I had side effects hence why I couldn’t continue these medications. On the day I had a dr extract hairs from the back and make incisions in the front, however 2 young girls ( although they seemed professional ) planted the grafts. A lot of other clinics from research have a specialised drs doing all of the work.

Overall I’m so disappointed as I spent a lot of money for this and the results are awful. To the point where I’m seriously contemplating just shaving my hair now and giving up.

I haven’t nor wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

The clinical and non-clinical staff were all extremely professional and welcoming. They turned a daunting procedure into a smooth, painless procedure and the result is fantastic.

The aftercare has also been first rate. I cannot speak highly enough of The Hair Dr - they are phenomenal.

This place is run by a husband and wife duo and at first it seems like a very professional place, the building they rent out is very impressive and the quote seemed reasonable, especially when performed by a surgeon.

If you look at the reviews you'll see the surgeon does not perform the entire procedure, the reviews are for all sorts not just hair transplants.

After meeting the owners I really wouldn't be surprised if they paid for their 5 star reviews.

In my case on the day of meeting the surgeon they pushed the price up by 40% and said it was because they made a mistake with how long it would take. It's worth noting that I'd had a quote after a video consultation and a 1.5 hour face to face consultation before this.

The building is nice and the woman on reception was very friendly though so I thought that deserved a couple of stars.

Please be aware this clinic is not what it seems. Check the other bad reviews before you choose to proceed with this clinic. They will prey on your vulnerabilities and then add up to 40% onto the original agreed price and then after confronting them they will withdraw the offer. I have no doubt they will respond with a reply to this review but please do your research and check the reviews before visiting this clinic.

2 years down the line £16,500 worse off,they butchered my head,no grafts left to improve the mess this company left me in.100% graft fail,absolutely shocking.please please read the genuine reviews.these people will destroy your head.please save yourself the heartache and your hard earned money.this review is consistent….stay clear I wish I did.

Really pleased that I picked Dr Hair in Leeds.
The hospital is lovely and has a peaceful aura - normally I have a nervous energy but I didn't seem to struggle with it on the day.
At first I saw Dr Arshad and went through what I was wanting from the surgery, he combed my scalp to expose the true nature of my hairline (I was kinda shocked that it was worse than I even thought!). He's a really professional but chilled out person and made sure I could ask any questions and have any extra input I wanted.
Since my hair loss was worse than I thought, I asked for an extra 500 grafts to cover the mid scalp on top of the hairline. This last second change was no issue and hopefully yields a better result for me :).

The surgery was initially started by Dr Arshad and completed by his team of technicians. The girls were absolutely awesome people and made me laugh a lot. Which was welcome to relax me during the surgery. Music was played. We were singing 😂. (Trying to). I feel that they gauge people's personality quickly to help them get through what is a nervous situation.

I took my phone and a book as I was under the impression that it was going to take a long time. Which was true. However I didn't actually need any extra entertainment. Didn't go on my phone once.

I've been completing my aftercare wall chart with all my medications and creams. Every hour there's something that needs ticking off.

Very happy with the experience. My surgery was on the 3rd of March. I'll provide updates :).

Update 3 weeks post op - Communication has been good whenever I have needed to ask questions or needed any advice. Had some shock loss. My recipient area seems to be looking decent considering loss is normal at this stage, Im having to check Google to see what to expect at this point and fully understand that this is very early days.

High hopes for the final results, it's a journey and a real test of patience. I've still got a lot of time to go yet and I'm happy with my recipient area and the overall care so far at this early stage :).

Just had my 12 months review at The HairDr after having a hair transplant there . Firstly the staff are so friendly and welcoming and certainly look after you in every way they can . I’m really pleased so far with how my transplant has gone it looks amazing . These guys really are very professional and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having a hair transplant done . Through my journey so far they’ve always answered any questions I’ve asked more or less instantly and are always happy to help.

Was made to feel very comfortable and reassured about the process. After-care service has been exemplary too - grateful to have chosen the Hair Dr and would definitely recommend others thinking about it to do the same!

Having had the initial procedure almost 18 months ago and being extremely unhappy with the results as the hair did not "thicken" as they promised it would for a year and not only that there are areas totally missed on the temples I had no choice but to book in further work for which Dr Hamza Ahmed was trying to charge me a lot of money to repair work that quite frankly was substandard to say the least.

Having taken advice on the situation it was made clear I should not be paying for further procedures when it clearly was not carried out correctly in the first place.

Following this I was put in touch with Adam from the Hair Dr management team who wholly agreed the procedure was not carried out correctly he not only offered me a second treatment free of charge but also a years worth of after care also free of charge.

It was agreed on the phone call with Adam that there clearly was issues with the procedure and it had been noted that during the insertion of the follicles Dr Hamza Ahmed was hardly in the room at all, leaving it to 4 younger people to carry out the procedure. Adam expressed to me on the phone this was not acceptable and that Dr Hamza Ahmed should have been in the room for far more of the procedure and insisted on the second treatment that it would be overseen correctly to ensure there are better results.

Having agreed to the second procedure free of charge as quite frankly the results are embarrassing to say the least, I went there this morning and I was presented with an non disclosure agreement to sign that would legally remove all accountability and my rights to take legal action against the Hair Doctor in the future should the results from the second procedure not be acceptable, this was also taking away any rights for me to take legal action from the first procedure, furthermore I was expected to sign the agreement stating that in the eventuality the results were again substandard I would not be allowed to discuss this with anyone nor post reviews online and should I do so they would have the right to sue me the cost of the second procedure and for loss of earnings starting 12 months ago.

I do not think I need to say anymore, the facts speak for themselves.

10 months post hair transplant and couldn’t be happier , from day one after the first consultation with sommiya I felt instantly comfortable with the hair Dr, Dr Arshad , his team and the facility’s were all 5 star , never once was I pressured it was left to when I was ready , anxiety and low mood have all but disappeared since my procedure and my confidence has slowly been coming back , social gatherings are no longer a problem, anybody thinking of a hair transplant give the hair dr a call and get some advice , best thing I’ve ever done
