Very welcoming, kind and professional. I had all my questions answered and was treated great. Overall a very good experience.

I had my transplant two days ago, and all the staff were professional, welcoming and did a perfect job. They put me completely at ease on what is obviously a somewhat nerve -racking day. I am incredibly happy with the work done

The next day, I banged my head getting into a taxi. Still cannot believe I did it. From that very moment, the staff were really supportive, calming, and got me back to the clinic to review the area, with perfect reassurance.

Operating area is clinical , very clean and sterile environment. The Surgeon and staff were friendly and efficient throughout my procedure, making sure i was comfortable or needed a break . I was very impressed by the efficiency and smoothness of the day .
Post op instructions that were given are easy to follow .on returning home , If i had any questions or concerns following my procedure, the clinic were always quick to reply to my questions.

After looking around a lot of places (including Turkey) for a good and trustworthy hair transplant clinic, I was recommended the Hair Dr by a family friend. I decided to go with the Hair Dr because the look on the family friend was so natural and looked really well done.
Easy booking with a video call consultation (as I live far from the clinic) and lots of great communication through WhatsApp, I asked a lot of questions and they were promptly answered with lots of helpful information.
Arrived at 7:30 on the day of the procedure and was greeted by Adam who helped calm my nerves and chatted to me answering more questions. Then a friendly meeting with Dr Arshad to discuss the hairline placement and some photos taken and discuss the procedure to answer any more questions. Then it time to shave my head and then taken to my “pod” where I had a personal space, with snacks and drinks supplied with a private bathroom and then straight into extraction. I was really nervous about the anaesthetic injections but they were not too bad and Daisy administered them really gently with minimal pain. Extraction was good removing 4,000 grafts with a break half way. Then lunch I was given a lovely sandwich and some more snacks and drinks. After lunch it was time to make the channels and Dr Arshad was really thorough here and covered all the areas we discussed really well. Then another break before insertion of the grafts. This was really pleasant and everyone very friendly and chatty, had the radio on and felt really relaxed and at ease. Very professional and friendly and the after care information was amazing and they gave a goody bag with all the medication and further info on how to care for the hair afterwards.
Overall it was a great experience, I was really nervous to begin with and by the end I had a big smile on my face and was in minimal pain. If you want a top quality transplant with a friendly and professional team, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you to the whole team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable day

Made to feel comfortable right from the beginning, any anxieties I had leading up to the procedure were quickly gone after speaking to Doctor Arshad. And the clinic is really nice. Highly recommend

Went really well, the procedure was smooth and I felt very looked after, the tram has done an excellent job. 3 weeks post op now. Aftercare has been great, i understood what i had to do. communication has been really good so far also. Can't wait to see what it's like in 6 months.

For my hair transplant, I required 4000 grafts, as I was receding around my crown area and hairline. There were a number of things that made my overall experience great, these included:
1. Initial consultation: Dr Hamza was very knowledgeable and friendly, thoroughly explained the procedure, his previous experiences and the aftercare. Following this, he had a look at my follicles in the donor area to determine if the follicles would be viable and allow for a good result. After, I showed him a couple of pictures of my hair prior to it receding and he drew out what my hairline would be following the procedure. He was receptive to modifications when it came to what areas I wanted to be more dense or the hairline shape. Once the session is over, all information relating to the surgery and aftercare are sent to you via email so you can make an informed decision.
2. The procedure: Prior to the procedure, Dr Hamza walked me through what the agenda of the day was and then mapped out the areas where the grafts would be placed / hairline and ensured I was happy with the plan of action. The procedure itself was pain free outside of the initial anesthetic injections. Dr Hamza takes the follicles from the donor area and also created the slits where the follicles will be inserted. Through both of these stages, Dr Hamza's bedside manner was very good and made sure I was not in pain. Following lunch, the follicles were inserted by Dr Hamza's assistants (3), who also had great bedside manner and ensured I was not in discomfort. During this part of the procedure, you're able to watch netflix / listen to an audiobook so the time goes quickly.
3. Aftercare: Following the surgery, Dr Hamza explains step by steps what aftercare is required to ensure the best results. This was very thorough and the information was also provided in written format including a timeline for the first 7 days on what pills are required and when - exceptionally helpful. As the clinic operates via Whatsapp it means that you can ask them any questions you have following the surgery, easily send pictures and have video calls which makes the process a lot easier and personal - you often get a reply within the hour.

Overall Dr Hamza provide knowledge and guidance which made me feel very comfortable going ahead with the procedure. All aspects of the procedure were great and although its only been two weeks, there is hair on my head in places in wasn't before - so a success so far! I would highly (and have!) recommend anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant to visit the Dr Hair Clinic.

There are no words that truly express my gratitude to the Hair Doctor Clinic in Leeds. I recently underwent an eyebrow hair transplant and the results have been beyond my expectations. I have been seeing results daily in just a few short months. Even though the clinic advises the results might take up 6 months, even a year. I am already seeing growth and feeling much more confident. I am so glad I plucked up the courage to follow through with this relatively painless procedure. It is life changing. I highly recommend Dr Arshad of Dr Hair in Leeds UK. I have recently had a 4500 graft transplant and the process and aftercare has been excellent.

I chose Dr Hair as it was one of the few UK hair transplant clinics recommended on the Hair Transplant Network. To be recommended a hair surgeon has to pass a rigorous assessment process with input from genuine patients.

The clinic is set in beautiful building on the outskirts of Leeds set in discrete grounds. The team are friendly and supportive. There is no hard sell, but detailed and realistic discussion with you of what can be achieved. You are then given a number of options.

Follow up care has been clear and detailed and the team are always quickly contactable via WhatsApp.

Dr Arshad is a member is fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has published peer reviewed research. This depth of knowledge was a deciding factor for me in choosing his clinic. Recommended.

Natural to feel some anxiety but chatting with Dr. Ashad and his team quickly helped with that. The whole procedure was professional and well structured with a very experienced team. Long day but enjoyable. Would definitely recommend The Hair Dr!

My brother has had a procedure at this clinic and I feel it’s my responsibility to ensure people do not make the same mistakes. Please avoid this clinic at all costs, his results after 11 months are terrible the density is appalling and growth is very little. The procedure was carried out by Dr Arshad, who hasn’t been of any help since. This trend of low density and poor results is common as seen from forum posts and reviews on here.

Additionally after reading a few reviews on here I have noticed a majority outline the actual procedure day and not full results, this is creating a misleading impression of this clinic.

Please do your research on Dr Arshad and you will see that very poor results are common from his procedures as I’ve seen in my brothers. Reconsider if you’re thinking about going here.

After researching for about 5/6 years and speaking to numerous patients from this clinic I decided to trust Dr Arshad with my surgery. And he did not let me down! Now 14 months post op my hairline and top of head is fully covered and dense. The Mrs says I look 10 years younger and is worried 😉 … thank you to all the team and especially Dr Arshad for looking after me so well and giving me amazing results. 🙏🙏🙏

Recently got a hair transplant of around 4000 grafts at The Hair Dr by Dr Arshad and his team and can say the customer service is at a really high level. Every question before and during operation was answered promptly.

During the operation everything was explained and the team are all nice people.

All instruction packs are easy to follow, would highly recommend this place.

Every staff member from as soon as I got there was so helpful and understanding. They explained every procedure to me which was handy because I was going into the unknown. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting a hair transplant done. The nurses were very good at keeping me entertained throughout which obviously made time go fast. I can’t that the hair dr clinic enough. Amazing .

I had an hair transplant procedure done in October. I cannot recommend Dr Ahmad and the HairDr beaconsfield enough. My confidence and hair have gone back to my teenage years and I feel like I have been given a new spring in my step.
